I am a virgin. As in never had sex. I'm had one relationship that involves touching, and we didn't do much of it. But I read online in a few places that a girls folds get darker the more active (including masturbation I suppose) they are and that virgins are typically pink.
I'm not pink, I'm a brown-ish colour. I was wondering if anything could attribute to that other than contact, like underwear, genetics or something. I'm Italian and Roma, could that be it?

Vaginas are all different. The color does not always mean something. Some women just have different pigmentation there, It is perfectly normal for women to have brown and even black coloration in that area (especially if their skin is darker to begin with, but even the whitest women can have dark pigmentation around the v****a).
That is probably just your natural color, and nothing to worry about.

!namorata is right. You can't tell whether a woman is experienced or not by looking at her color. Your skin color will not go from pink to brown in the matter of one night just because you had sex.
The color of the labia may be anywhere from light pink to dark brown regardless of sexual activity. I'm pretty pinky/peach as well, and I've been masturbating for over 20 years and having intercourse for about 10. Pink is just my color.
Many women notice that their labia and nipples match in color or come pretty close to matching. It's mostly just a matter of genes and skin color, although the labia and nipples both may slowly get darker with age, starting with puberty. In fact, that's probably how the myth got started. Many girls probably noticed that they got darker around the time that they started to masturbate or do some other sexual activities, without realizing that it was the puberty changing their color, not the sexual activity.
