You could try making some small mix and match accessories. Like a purse or hat.

Felt isn't exactly a fabric to be used for Lolita clothing, so you're really limited to accessories and general crafts.

A handbag would look cute. Or, you could make appliques to use on some skirts, you'll just want to satin stitch all around the edge.

If it really isn't felt, maybe it's flannel?

Is there anyway you can figure out what kind of fabric it is? Maybe if you posted a picture, we'd be able to tell. 3nodding
And here I was thinking "Plaid felt? They're making the darnedest things these days. I'd like to see that. It's probably printed."

It would probably honestly be something more like a woven wool fabric that had been felted. Or possibly printed.

Can you describe the fabrics at all? Is it smooth, or is it fuzzy? is it stretchy, or is it pretty stable? And how wide is it? All of that will help us figure out what it might be, and what it will be best for.

Based on my assumption that its just a standard fabric, i'd suggest something like... a bag, bows, hairclips, fabric flowers... theres alot that you can do.

Hm. How stretchy is not stretchy, because aside from that it sounds a little like flannel.
By "soft", do you mean silky or fluffy?
