I know Dreamed Integrity is just going to take off. Do you know we already doubled our members? How fantastic is that!? I hope everyone loves the new changes. God bless.....

I am simply blown away by the limited responses to this month's newsletter. It's almost as if everyone's on vacation. Inuyasha Guardian Boldie 64 Bittersweet and Evocative.

I think it might be the guild itself. like the fact that it's a guild. last night I had to trim my thread subscriptions from 68 or so to 31. We simply have too many threads to keep up with and guilds aren't as out there as threads are. That's what I think.

RAINBOW LOVE! I haven't been on lately, and I am soo sorry that I haven't. Perhaps you could put a questing thread or some sort of thing. Everybody is questing something, and it could be like a "Look what I want my avatar to look like" kinda thing.

I suggest a weekly event of sorts. As in like. A pinball contest one week(or month) and the highest winner. (of course a screen shot for proof must be presented. Don't want liars.) Or something like a costume contest. That or make a poll and see what the guild wants, first into main catgories like "Contests, games, etc" ya know, or have an "Other" and have em reply their suggestions.

A_Wolf_Drowning_In_Blood I read the Newsletterand appreciate how you take your time writing those! and I heard that this forum is for discussing how to add members? I think I have a few friends that may want to join! Hey L- If you want, why don't you PM me with the names and I'll send it in a group, ok? Thanks! And "L", will they participate, as well? Cuz that's what we need. Participating and active members. ......................Hey! and thanks so much for the compliment on the newsletter. I think ALL guilds should have them, and I don't know if we were doing them before I came on board, but we're doing 'em now! hehe heart heart

Our biggest concern is definitely lack of participation. I'm sure many new members come into this guild with good intentions of participating but after a couple stops I think the memory of coming in to visit starts to fade. That or they see that no one has really posted after them so they dont' see the reason to open up the thread again when they have had no one reply, thus having no one to reply back to.
I'm sure it'd be harder on months were we get more new members than other months, but specifically asking the new members what it is they themselves would like to see and what they would find enticing to come back would help. If I remember correctly, we had a suggestions thread at one point. Perhaps along with an introduction to the guild we could ask new members to announce one thing they think is unique that would further encourage them to make future visits back to the guild in a front page suggestion thread or.. something, because the people who are posting now obviously have found something that interests them enough to continue their visits. Yeah, that's all I have at the moment..

Once Madralyn comes back, I'm sure we will take everyone's consideration into thought and will look at it with good possibilities. However, keep the ideas flowing, as they say. Can't have enough ideas.
