The Guide
Step 1: Profile
First step to getting started in this guild is creating your profile and getting it accepted by a crew member. Go to the profile subforum and create a new topic. Label the topic with your characters name. Then, using the profile skeleton provided for you, begin creating your profile. The crew only accepts profiles that are well detailed, have good grammar, and that follow the rules of the guild. You can use pictures or descriptions, or a combination of both, to describe your character and weapons. Do not use pics that originate from anime/mangas. We want originality in this guild. Once you have finished your profile, wait for a crew member to accept your profile. When there is a * in the name of your profile then it has been accepted. You should still check if any notes were left by the crew member even if it has been accepted.
Step 2: Finding a Squad
Once your profile is complete and accepted, it is time to find a squad. Shinigami obviously attempt to join one of the 13 squads in the Sereitei. Arrancar/Hollows will go to Hueco Mundo. Quincy/Bount/Vaizards will go to Earth. When trying to decide what squad you should join, there are several things to consider. First go here and read the descriptions of each squad. Then find a few of the squads you would like to join and visit them, reviewing their amount of activity and the people within the squad. You want to be somewhere where there are people you will get along with and have fun. Also, think of which squad is best suited for your character. Will your character be well suited for the squad's duties and would the character be beneficial to the squad. Once you have finally chosen a squad to join, find the squads thread for join requests and request there. Follow all the requirements a captain asks for in your request.

It is finally time to begin your life in the guild. Always follow rules within the guild and set by your captain. You may now begin training to gain shikai, and if you are lucky enough, bankai. Your captain decides when you will be trained for shikai and bankai, so do not constantly ask them for it. They will grant you it when they think you are ready.
