Meh, maybe I come up with a brain oriented vampire roleplay. Can anyone say psycho-mindraping?
Yeaaa I'm not so good with that stuff, but it is intense and definitely has a place in this guild.

Perhaps a murderous vampire coven begins to kill off Vampire Council members and their families?
Then another Coven of vampires tries to find out who is killing them?

I have a small idea, but its not roleplay related.
I saw the tags and on it there Shii Megami Tensei (megaten)
and was thinking there could be a forum for it, like a thing were people who are on can group up with others and do episodes and such, or where newbies can get information to help them out where the game can't.
Ive got a thing on there, its a kickass game in my opinion.

You're talking specifically about aeria games megaten game, Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online, aren't you?
All the megaten games are kickass in my opinion even though I've only played Nocturne (still haven't beat it), Imagine (ditto), and Devil Survivor (Duh, thing came out like two weeks ago).
...I'll just make a megaten forum and add that as one of the subforums.
Hell I'll even set up a guild in the game for the members of this guild.
I've got a character, but we can go over all the details in the new forum I'm gonna make.
So, donations anyone? mrgreen

A room made specifically for people to rant. having guild led by you is going to end up with people being pissed off, they're either gonna talk someone's ear off or bug the s**t out of you.I suggest having a room were they can rant and scream and get it out of there system.

Mr captain there has already made me rant to my cat a few times and she is avoiding me now. Perhaps a room of this nature would be helpful. biggrin
But idea wise you have left this pretty open so most of the brainstorming is on a player by player basis on what they want to do with their characters. However, a vampire social structure kind of needs to be developed. I personally think that the Nosferatu are the leaders and such, the vampyr and espyr are regular members society and the chiropterans are more like brute soldiers, bodyguards, and basically just living weapons. Of course thats just an idea and very basic, just my thoughts really.

Uhm, about your idea of vampire society, remember that each roleplay is separate and individual, that is specific to itself....
My roleplay is not the only roleplay so any sort of society built in the way you described would only really apply to my roleplay and any spin-offs of my roleplay if the author chooses to do so....
What I'm trying to say is, those roles make sense, and the sort of social structure you're suggesting would work in my roleplay, but its specific only to my roleplay and not something you need to strain your brain thinking about. Let me worry about nitty gritty stuff like that for my roleplay, though I am always open to any sort of suggestions you have for anything in the guild.

Before you come up with the story centered around vampires you have to come up with the biology surrounding them.
It changes in every single story
List time:
the most obvious question. what is a vampires reaction to sunlight. Do they get a tan? explode? implode? deplode????
Is a vampire similar to a human? stronger? weaker? faster? does it look the same?
Do the vampires have powers? can they fly? teleport? turn into bats, mist etc?
Does a vampire need to feed? This one is quite contested too. does blood make them crazy? stronger? or can they survive on human food?
And finally is a vampire inherently evil?
Answer all these questions. Then you can begin to create a story.
