Alrighty then! I've made a guild mule since donations are only used toward forums and whatnot. Of course her name is Release Guild Mule. I've made it so that everyone in the crew can access her. Why? Because if we have a contest and some of us aren't able to give winner their reward someone else can log on and give it to them instead of the winner having to wait for their prize. Sound good?

A guild mule sounds helpful. I added something to the check list on your first post. ninja

Hmm but how would we do an intro for Competitive Competition? Each contest is going to be different and they're all going to have different rules and different themes. I'm at a loss at how to do an intro for that forum sweatdrop
Maybe I should put our Mule's password (the username is obvious) in a sticky or announcement in the staff office for you guys when we have a contest (you've seen how long and frequent my hiatuses can be) sweatdrop

Hm. That might be a good idea Karu. With the posting the password and all. Question though... does the person using the guild mule have to say who they are? Or just use the mules name as their own? Reason being, because there is likely to be someone who is going to ask who is on the mule. Just thought I'd throw that bit out there.
Also, thank you for the promotion Karu. ^^ I was overjoyed when I saw PM. <3Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

Pistl you got promoted!!! Huzzah and congrazzles!!!
*tosses sparkles and hugs you*
Oh! I posted the perfect intro for the C.C. So when you both get the chance, take a look and tell me what you think. You were right about the rules part since each competition will be different and all. I agree with the posting in a sticky the mules password when needed.
I locked/moved some dead threads that are now useless to have. I'm sure you'll see I re-started some threads since we got way off topic with them and I noticed you are trying to get organized in here now.
Also, we need to decide on mods for these areas: Release Diary's Release Realities Competitive Competition
I updated the staff list thread in this forum and the main forum. I also updated everyone's intro posts to have the updated forum names. I didn't mess with anything else. I just figured ppl would be confused like, FU? What forum is that?! eek

*giggles* FU XP
You totally deserved it Pistl <3 And I'm guessing that as we log on to the mule if a general member asks we just state that we're the Guild's mule but to the crew (if we're curious) I'm sure you'll tell us who's on the mule =] The only people who need to know we're sharing a mule for the guild is the guild crew.
*glomps the both of you*
You work far too hard Lenelee =3 Can't even begin to appreciate how much you do for this guild.
As for the mods, I'll take on the Diaries and I think everyone should pitch in for Competitive Competition with the keeping up with rules, what's happening, and if someone is cheating and all.
*goes to check out intro*
Edit: Lol your intros always make me giggle (I'm a lover of puns) and it's smart too because I didn't even consider the members making their own contests.

You are most welcome! I'm glad I made you laugh too. I wouldn't mind helping with either CC or Release Realities.
What about pistl though? I put him down as a mod for M. Musings...but did he want other areas as well? o.O

Hm. Is it okay for me to just mod M. Musings until I feel like taking on more? I don't want to over do it and all. sweatdrop Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take it to the sky Ripples form on the water's surface The wandering soul knows no rest

I don't see any problem there. ^_~ That was easy picking mods. LOL Celly and Lucky still log on, one of us would just have to PM them to get them involved again when we officially open.

Yeah, she and I still chat via PM too. I never hear much from Lucky anymore though. So, when do you plan on starting to advertise and have our grand opening?

Well, our SECOND grand opening xD
I'm thinking we should set up a contest first, have Celly and Lucky (I too only talk to Celly D= ) rejoin and be active and then we'll get things running. Or try to at least =]
So what kind of contest should we hold that everyone can participate in? Those, whoever invites the most people, contests sounds good for a beginning. We could draw in people that might be interested in our guild while we're at it.

Like a recruitment contest right? Sounds good, but how to keep track of that? Have them post up the names of whom they are inviting and tally up who actually got the most from their list of "said peeps" to join the guild at the end?
