Because it was a huge Canada day festival, and there were.. festivities to partake in.

When America was thirteen colonies and held a revolution to escape the British. you know, how very New World country eventually revolutionized themselves? Mexico and America and Canada and all those South American countries didn't just pop up. They were all once colonies to Spain or France or Britain or the Netherlands.

If it was all divided, they wouldn't get terrorists attacking them because there was no America and Americans to attack.

N... you shouldn't say things like that. You don't know what you're talking about--really. There is a whole America, and saying 'they should have done this or that' changes nothing. You know what would happen if America disbanded now? Terrorist countries attacking (not naming any) and an unprecedented crime rate would ensue.
