The figure doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the picture. That might've been what you were going for but.. I think it kind of takes away from the overall image.

The buildings look great, but it looks like you just stuck this little semi-anime person in, and it's just so different from the rest of the picture that it doesn't look very good. Plus the anatomy is kind of off.

I think if you made the figure more realistic and chose some colours (thick black lines and green perhaps?) more similar to the rest of the picture, it'd improve it a lot.

Yeah, the spikey hair is the main thing that seems quite anime-ish. And the rest of the body is more cartoony.

Cartoon-ish realism can be a very cool style, but I think you need to get realism down before you can start applying your own style to it. Like, the proportions of the body are a bit unproportioned, but it doesn't seem like it's stylized... more like it's just an error in anatomy.

So I suggest working on your real-life human studies, and then adding some cartoonish elements to it afterwards. 3nodding

I dont think the anime style would be a problem here if it was just executed better, with better anatomy and such things that come from using real references.
