Welcome to the Guild Gringotts, the Wizarding World of Gaia's Guild Commerce Forum. Here members can host their own shops and services, contests, and quest threads, showing off their various talents and earning gold and respect from their fellow guild members. Are you an experienced roleplayer willing to sell some of your time online for gold? Do you make animated banners, and are interested in exchanging them for items? Are you currently feverishly questing for a KiKi Kitty? Look no further for a home for your thread - the Wizarding World of Gaia has you covered.

For additional guidelines, please read the following posts BEFORE making a thread!

• Shops & Services
• Contests
• Quests
• Clickables

Shops & Services

Shops/services are threads hosting purchasable goods, whether it be roleplayers-for-hire, avatar/character art, 500 bumps for your quest thread, or Gaiaonline Monthly Collectables. Hundreds of commodities and services could fall in this category; if you aren't certain that your thread will, feel free to message someone in the Crew to ask for advice. Said shops may ask for gold or items in return for their work, others may offer it for free; the exchange of real money for services offered in this subforum, however, is not permitted.

These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines:
Clearly represent what you are offering. Provide samples/examples.
Clearly detail your asking prices.
Clearly explain how a buyer is to go about ordering, paying for, and receiving your goods/service.
Clearly note how long it will take you to complete the order.
• Make any thread rules visible and comprehensible. Enforce them.
• Your posts should be organized and easy to read.
Art theft or scamming of any nature will be reported to official Gaiaonline Moderators.

Contests

Contests are competitions and challenges set forth with the reward of prizes based on submissions. Contests may include TekTeking, trivia questions, fanart or fanfiction, or random chance (such as dice rolls.) If you are not certain if your contest will be acceptable, feel free to message someone in the Crew to ask for advice. Those running contests must understand that they are responsible for its activities and prize-giving - it is not the guild crew's responsibility to oversee member-run contests.

These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines:
Clearly detail the intentions of your contest.
Clearly explain how a entrant is to go about entering and sending in a submission.
Clearly represent what your prizes are.
Clearly note the contest's ending date, and announce extensions at least seven days before the contest's end.
• Make any thread rules visible and comprehensible. Enforce them.
• Your posts should be organized and easy to read.

Quest Threads

Quests are threads created to track one's progress as they seek to obtain certain items, and to encourage others to donate for their cause. Quests are most often for Gaia items, but may also include a quest to complete something, to accumulate fanfiction based on a character, or to gather a certain number of friends, etc.

These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines:
• Your introduction should fully express your intentions.
• Make note of whether or not you want others to assist.
• Provide some sort of update list to keep members informed of progress.

Clickables

Clickables are pixel creatures from a number of websites, typically placed in users’ signatures to garner views and clicks that feed or level up the creature. Threads may be made to house these creatures, share favorite websites, or take turns clicking.

These types of threads must conform to the following guidelines:
• Your introduction should fully express your intentions/needs.
• Make note of whether or not you want others to assist.
• Make any thread rules visible and comprehensible. Enforce them.
