natiq2002 Janelle Angelline Bella is my favorite because she is shy and awkward and clumsy. That is TOTALLY ME!!! Also she is extremely pale despite the sunny place she lives, yet again ME! She loves truly and deeply and passionately even with all her self-consciousness. Shes strong and smart and gorgeous even though she doesnt think so. Thats what people say about me to only I also dont think so. She's just like me only way prettier in my opinion. How often do you get to read a book or watch a movie where the main character is so much like you its scary? Yeah seriously! That's what I though when I was reading Twilight...she probably relates to everybody... Just read this! I was in the LI forums and i saw this and thought How ******** stupid are they?I would have said something but the mods keep warning me and I dont want to get banned again for 2 weeks sweatdrop

Strong, smart, beautiful? She has none of those traits as far as I'm concerned.
The only thing she seems to love is Edwurd, and wow if BellaSue is way prettier than her... she must be really ugly.

As for relating to Bella, what an insult!
edit: I don't have a stalker, I'm not a co-dependent idiot, and I don't cheat on my boyfriend with the next in line to kill and eat me.

Pssh, she's certainly not strong. In which book does it say she's strong? She backs down easily-especially to Eddy-kins. And her only friends have either rock hard skin, or whatever the Werewolves have. Didn't a book say she broke a knuckle trying to punch Jacob?

...Bella Swan? Strong? SMART?! I'm sorry, I can't put that name and those words in the same sentence. And I never will. And of course, you guys know exactly why, I don't have to explain.
Hell, I may be a bit awkward and a clumsy tart myself, but at least I'm independent, in college planning my future, and I don't have an abusive disco ball for a boyfriend. XD
@lilypotter: Yeah, she did break her hand when she punched Jacob in Eclipse (he kissed her, she punched him). Miss Swan really must've neglected the milk and veggies when she was growing up.

o_x Really though, I'm sure a lot of girls are going to feel they relate to her. I thought I related to her too though, however that only managed to piss me off. I can relate something to all the characters in the book.
I go by Edward (Oh shiz). I play piano (Oh noes). I'm pale (however, I thankfully don't sparkle).
Hmmm... I'm clumsy. I'm disgustingly devoted to whoever shows interest in me, even if they're possessive or abusive. I think everyone's better than me. I go into fits of depression when I'm left behind (relationship-wise). I'm horrible at sports.
I have an "Alice"-type hair-cut.
I have a calming effect on people around me? (somehow, ask them, because I don't know how that works)
The list could certainly go on. But that's because normal people don't know how to write about characters that no one can relate to, only stereotypical, common, and boring personality types. Or perfect characters, that are even more boring because perfection provides no individuality, or thought, they're just there.
There are less people relating to characters like Lestat, Louis, and David.

And there's a difference between being devoted to the one you love(which I am) and being totally obsessed and life-dependent on them. Which I'd like to hope I'm not.
Also, Bella is not strong, or smart...and she's almost CHRONICALLY clumsy. There has to be some underlying problem to that much klutziness.
If every girl is like Bella, then that worries me.

rolleyes same here I have incredibly dark hair (which, no matter what color i try to dye it it never works) Im a klutz and I have pale skin but Bella has to be some albino freak with a neurological disease, no normal person falls that much!
