Hero Profiles: The Crimson Angel King Name:Dorian E. Warhawk Alias: Knight Law Morality: Heroic Age: 25 Appearance: Powers: Dorian's armor gives him Super Strength sufficient to stop an oncoming truck, and his sword is able to change shapes into different Medieval to Ancient weapons ranging from knives to claymores, The sword is made of an unknown material. The sword is also self-aware, but only to the point that it can give knowledge on ancient warrior fighting stances. Talents: Highly intelligent, able to work on different vehicles as a result of working with an Archeologist with a very low budget. Since he had to fix most of their equipment, he gained a passing knowledge in mechanics. Weaknesses: When exposed to radiation, the suit breaks down and vanishes, and the sword is forced back into tattoo form. While the suit is strong enough to stop a high-caliber bullet during the day, it is weakened at night, and can be penetrated by handgun fire. Biography: When Dorian was a young man he was enthralled by Roman statues and all kinds of ancient cultures. When he was in high school he became determined to become an Archeologist. He studied hard and was accepted to become an understudy to a professor of Archeology. They went on an expedition to a temple that had reemerged from where it had sunk off the Straights of Gilbatar. The temple was full of traps, and sadly the man that Dorian was understudying was killed by a booby trap in the temple. Dorian had made it to the final chamber in the temple and the only thing in the room was a sword. The sword was beautiful; it had to be the most beautiful things that Dorian had laid eyes on. Dorian picked the sword up, and the sword spoke to him, saying, "I am Law-Giver, and you will now carry me forth into the world so that I may see it and smite evil when it rises." Before Dorian could say anything he was encased in a suit of crystalline plate armor. When Dorian is blending into the masses, the Law-Giver turns into a dagger tattoo on Dorian's back. Hostile Mimicry Name: Tamara Alexis Moore Alias: Velocity Morality: Heroic Age: 31 Appearance: [x].[x]
Powers: Tamara was born with the ability to run at speeds up to 300 miles per hour. She can reach these speeds in dire need, but prefers to stick to the same speeds that cars travel at when the situation doesn't call for it. She also has an implanted power of minor healing. This healing sustains her muscles and is able to heal small wounds that she gets on herself.
Weaknesses: Tamara is unable to survive for very long without her healing power. Without it, she would die within about three weeks, and would be in pain the whole time. When she travels at her maximum speed and tries to stop, she misses her target by a couple of hundred yards or so. When she stops wrong, it is likely that she'd fall over and roll across the floor until she loses all momentum or something forcibly stops her. While she is slowing down, she is more vulnerable
Talents: Over the years, she has trained herself to be more aware of her surroundings, especially when she's running at speed.
Biography: Tamara started dying within the first few weeks of her life. Born with the ability to run at amazing speeds, her metabolism was sped up also, meaning that after three weeks of her birth, she had no fat on her, and her muscles were deteriorating fast. Her father was a scientist working for R&D for the American government working on a serum of sorts to create synthetic superpowers. He couldn't bear to see his newborn daughter die, so he took the serum and implanted into her, enabling her body to regenerate the lost muscle. He, his wife and newborn daughter swiftly left the hospital, but by the time that they had left, there were federal agents waiting for them, and there was no chance of escape. Tamara's parents were sentenced to life imprisonment, and Tamara was taken into government custody for testing and research. As she grew up, she was tested on until she was eighteen, when she was given the choice of working for the government under contract or staying in the facility like a prisoner. She took the contract, preferring partial freedom to no freedom at all. Because of the contract, she is unable to see her parents, to leave the country, say anything to anyone about her healing power being synthetic and return to the government facility she grew up in once a month to be put under tests. If she were to break any part of the contract, she would instantly be taken into custody and if the breach was severe, her parents would be killed. A an asset to the government, she is called upon around seven times a year to help with large criminal cases. Between these cases and her monthly medical checkups, she tries to dissolve petty crimes in Citadel Creek.Callidia Name: Urbana Lise Kearns Alias: Visage Morality: Heroic Age: 20 Appearance: Powers: Lise has control over six shapeshifting shadow-creatures, due to a magical artifact disguised as a cane. The shadowpuppets, as they are called, are dark and opaque when in direct light. They are warm and rubbery to the touch, but they can vary their solidity, from mostly intangible to as hard as steel. They are not flammable, instead being more vulnerable to firelight than the fire itself. Their sizes depend on age, the largest of the six being about as large as a Great Dane in its natural form, another being half that size, another three about as big as housecats and the youngest one not larger than one's fist. They are also able to stretch out or become smaller and turn into various objects, almost anything from keys of any design, to ropes, to shields, to chairs, but nothing more complex than that. But their greatest advantage comes from their stealth: completely noiseless, weightless and inconspicuous, they can move rapidly across a variety of surfaces. They can "swallow" objects smaller than themselves, by absorbing them into their body, and thus transporting them, then spitting them out. If a part of a shadowpuppet is severed, it can reunite with the body it was separated from. If that is not possible, the shadowpuppet with "grow" that part back over time, returning to its original size. If the shadowpuppet is separated in more than two pieces, or if something makes a hole in them, the parts will be drawn one to another and will reunite. As a rule, they are very hard to kill, because if even a tiny part of it survives, it will carry the conciousness of the whole puppet and eventually grow back to its original state. The eldest shadowpuppet also has a unique ability, that of melding with a person. When one melds with this shadowpuppet, their skin and hair turns completely white, while their face turns into a black mask with glowing white eyes. In this melded state, one's reflexes, endurance and agility are doubled and they become much more resistant to injury, however, they would not be immune to pain. Speed and strength are also enhanced, but none of these beyond the natural ability anybody of the same build could achieve through training. The shadowpuppets have a child-like intelligence, being capable of following simple instructions and even learn, but are often helpless and confused when not controlled by someone. A method by which this control is achieved is by having at least one shadowpuppet of the group "imprint" on a new master; since they act mostly as a unit, the others would be quick to follow as well. They are then capable of receiving either telepathic or verbal commands from their master, though they are not compelled to obey; the master must still coax them, either through fear or other means. Other communication is also possible, as the shadowpuppets are capable of transmitting emotions, impressions and even fragmentary sentences. The range of the telepathy is not very large, however, proximity being important and line of sight being necessary. The only time communication is clear and direct is during a bodymeld between the puppet and the master. During melding, the shadowpuppet's role is mostly passive. It remains a separate entity from the master and even though it can learn from the master's actions, it does not take on the master's personality traits. The eldest has a certain degree of autonomy, due to its age and experience. It is slightly more intelligent than its "siblings", but still not what could be described as a deep thinker. It mostly reacts to situations as they occur and even though its reactions are slightly better than the others', it still cannot do such things as plan for the future. Weaknesses: While strong light does not much affect shadowpuppets, diffuse light does. If they are surrounded by multiple sources of light (such as fire), they grow dizzy and confused, almost incapable of reasoning and unlikely to obey any command. They are also extremely vulnerable to holy relics and certain magical objects, though not to spells. Also, they are incapable of escaping the cane on their own. Unless they are released from it, they cannot open it by themselves. Talents: Good memory, slightly more intelligent than avarage, but not much else. Biography: Lise had an ordinary enough childhood, as the only child of Brenda, a college Latin professor and Mark, a police officer. She had adequate grades and never got into trouble, but she was always something of a slacker, never quite living up to her parents' expectations. When she was sixteen, her parents divorced. Her father subsequently moved to another state and remarried, while her mother finally felt free to pursue her writing career. Brenda's books were a moderate success and she amassed a small fortune. After Lise went off to college and moved out of the house, Brenda decided to travel around the world, effectively leaving Lise on her own; Lise was, however, relieved to be free of her overbearing mother, and she befriended Adelle Wilkins at college, a rich party-girl who constantly got Lise into trouble, but remained a loyal and steadfast friend through it all. Finally, after one shenanigan too many, both Lise and Adelle were both expelled. Adelle was contrite and insisted on using her father's connections to get Lise back into college or, at least, in a different one, but Lise refused. Keeping it a secret from her mother, Lise decided to make do on her own; she got a job at a dingy old second-hand shop while trying to figure out what to do next. One evening, just before closing time, when only she and the owner were there, Lise noticed out of the corner of her eye a strange shadow flitting across the floor and heard something falling. Turning to look, she saw only a black cane with a silver knob rolling on the floor, probably fallen from a shelf. As she picked it up, she noticed the top half of the silver knob had fallen off. Curious, she peers into the cane, noting it is hollow inside. It is now she noticed a shadow crawling out of the cane and sliding across the back of her hand and, startled, she dropped the cane. The shadow remained on the back of her hand, however, and Lise felt increasingly unsettled by this occurance. The shadow sat still for a moment, but then shapeshifted roughly into the shape of a small, black animal, with cute bunny ears, and peered at her with two white eyes. Lise reacted the only way she could: "....Awwwww." She was immediatly fascinated by the creature, a strange mix of cute and terrifying she'd never quite encountered before. She tried to pet it behind the eyes, where she thought the back of its head would be, and the shadowpuppet happily vibrated, in a soundless impression of a purr. Unbeknownst to her, that is the moment the shadowpuppets imprint on her. Just then, a man came in. The owner, who was getting ready to empty the register, offered to help him. The man immediatly pulled out a gun and asked in no uncertain terms for all the money. Lise, crouched on the ground and behind several shelves, went unnoticed by the robber. She promptly forgot about the shadow-creature, and scooted back as silently as possible, grabbing the cane and clutching it uselessly. At that moment, something else crawled out of the cane; the eldest shadow, sensing distress, melded with Lise for the very first time, by entering her body through the eyes. Though Lise was at first quite alarmed by this strange development, the shadowpuppet reassured her telepathically and prodded her to go after the thief, who'd gotten his money and promptly exited the store. While the owner was in the back, calling 911, Lise bolted through the door, still clutching the cane, and chased after the robber with more speed than she thought she'd be capable of. Finally, she cornered the robber in an alley. He was terrified of Lise, who, between her pale white skin and her black face, with no discernable features, was still wielding a large, scary-looking cane. Lise, realising her psychological advantage, asked him to give the money back and give himself up to the police, "or else I will track you down and rend the flesh from your bones" (a line suggested by the shadowpuppet). The robber resisted at first, taking out his gun and attempting to shoot her, but one of the other shadowpuppets had already crawled up into the gun and jammed it. As Lise chuckled at his befuddlement with the gun, he realised he was probably in a lot of trouble. He all but throws her the money and begs for his life. She then left, perfectly satisfied with her first attempt at vigilantism, which ended without any violent confrontation. The robber, a nervous wreck, turned himself in to the police and told them of the encounter. The story even made the local newspaper (albeit on page nine, right between an article about a man who alledged he was abducted by aliens and a rundown of unexplained deaths in the city). Lise was understandably proud of this and the article even gave her the idea for her new alias: Visage. The shadowpuppets: While Lise is not aware of this (yet), the cane she uses had previously belonged to a thief, Benjamin Mallow. An unassuming man, he eluded the police for 30 years. Mallow trained his puppets to rifle through pockets and collect valuable items (something which they still do, much to Lise's exasperation), as well as enter homes and go through drawers for cash. Not one person who knew him would have guessed this was the source of his income, as in all other respects, he seemed the perfect, law-abiding citizen. To his misfortune, however, the IRS noticed something was amiss and he went to jail for tax evasion. His wife, furious, divorced him and sold much of their belongings in order to pay the crippling debts his trial had incurred. Among those possessions was the very cane the shadowpuppets inhabited, which ended up in the very shop where Lise worked. After jail, a divorce and destitution, Benjamin Mallow is likely to make a beeline for the cane given the first opportunity. Lise grew attached to the six shadowpuppets, naming each one, from eldest to youngest: Tam, Poppy, Bingo, Des, Gin and Kiki. Incidentally, these are the names of all pets she'd previously owned. She realises the shadowpuppets were not always instruments for good, as during the times spent melded with Tam, she came to realise they were completely amoral and frightfully direct in their agression. She still hopes to instills morals into them, however. Her efforts have mostly succeeded with Kiki, the "tamest" of the bunch, who never leaves Lise. Kiki takes the shape of a black feather hairpin, which Lise always wears. Thus, even if her cane would be out of reach, Lise still has one last wildcard to use. Static Rebel Name: Leon Gatt Alias: Voltage Morality: Heroic Age: 25 Appearance: Powers: Leon discovered that he has the ability to control electro magnetic energy. He can easily control, generate, and manipulate electricity. He can generate raw electricity to that of an electric generator. He manipulates his power into different forms such as charges and even into an electromagnetic force field that helps him to withstand against a force as powerful of a bullet but not repeatedly. He can use his electricity to turn on or disrupt electric devices. Voltage also has the ability of flight due to the earth's electromagnetic field. Weaknesses: Water disrupts his power completely. Any human weakness can be deadly to Voltage even with his electric force field. His force field will break under applied pressure such as repeated bullet shots or even a repeated blow from a blunt object in the same area. Talents: He keeps in good shape due to his membership at a gym. He also seems to be a decent tactician due to his experience as a superhero. Biography: Leon grew up in Citadel Creek all of his life. His father was an electrician who raised Leon by himself due to his mothers death at the hands of tuberculosis. Leon's powers manifested when he hit puberty at the age of 12. One morning he was eating a bowl of cereal when his spoon started to give off sparks. The sparks started to grow jump the other metal appliances. He started to yell and scream in horror as his father rushed in the kitchen. His father stood there for a moment and cracked as smile. He then waved his hands across the room and the electricity subsided. His father sat him down and explained to him that he was once a famous hero named the Human Generator and a former member of the Aggressive Defenders. He had quit being a costumed hero when he learned of Leon's birth and decided to raise his family peacefully. He then told Leon that he was going to reveal his past life if his powers manifested. Throughout the years, Leon met his father in his father in his old base under his house and trained him in the art of controlling his power. They went over basic control issues while learning the best way to use his powers in different situations. One day his father witnessed Leon levitate during one of his training sessions. He was baffled since he hadn't had the gift of flight. So he researched the different types of known electricity and learned that his son had some sort of effect over electro magnetic energy the earth gave off. At the age of 19, Leon decided to take his fathers path and become a costumed hero. He got in contact with the person who created his fathers old suit and asked him to construct a suit for himself. He then took the name of Voltage and began to dabber in heroics. Now at the age of 25, Leon has made quite a name for himself as a hero and continues to protect the streets of Citadel Creek. He has began to question his place in the city due to the amount of heroes that keep popping up. He know has thoughts of taking his heroics to a larger scale. The Widget Name: Lucas Khros Alias: Core Morality: Heroic Age: 16 Appearance: This design with a dark silver as the main colour and red for the trim LucasPowers: His main power is his ability to control the force of gravity within a ten meter radius, in this range he can raise or lower the force of gravity on a foe however, this can't send them hurdling towards space or two the centre of the earth, rasing gravity makes it harder for the criminals to move, while the extent of lowering it will raise a fast enemy of the ground. Although it takes a great amount of concentration for him, he can pull a bullet off course that are about sixty-five and a half metres away, but only at four at a time. He can use his ability on himself to float and get a better view of city to the hight of fivteen metres in the air. His suit has been made to withstand bullets, lower calibur bullets being like a hard punch and a 50 calibur bullet acting as normal bullet. Weaknesses: As he is young for a hero, he can't count upon years of experience with his powers, somtimes they even mess up. One example being he threw himself into a dump truck without even thinking, another where he was floating around the city and fell conviantly onto a junk pile. His foalting can make him an easy target, due to the fact that he can't travel very fast while using this power. Due to his heritage, the police and media don't look kindly on him. Talents: For quick transport, Lucas can drive a moped around. He has great sence of perciverance, never giving up till a job is done. He also has a photographic memory. Biography: The legacy: Lucas is not first super human to be named Core, but he is the first hero. The one who used the Core alias first appeared in 1980 in the shape of a crook, the 18 year old Jacob Krhos, who had his suit made by a young and brillant scientist by the name of Maddie Harris and his graviontional powers being with him snice he was 15. Thourghout his career one hero stopped his heists time and time again, The Human Generator, although he always felt a jokey mood between the two of them. In August, 1992, Jacob and Maddie hooked up again, this time falling in love and nine months later they had a son they named Lucas. Now providing for a family, Core was far more dertermined to get cash, even killing to get money for his family. In 2000 he was put in jail for four accounts of murder, until, in 2002, when the Kallam attacked, he was let out to fight off the invasion with the other super powered beings of earth. He didn't end up so lucky, being crushed under a load of rubble, it was miracle he survived, but was now paralysed from the waist down. He currently lives with his wife Maddie, who had went on to become college lectuter, and his son Lucas, the heroic Core. A hero is born:Being born May 20th, 1993, Lucas was never really that effected by his fathers life of crime, because it was mostly hidden from him, he grew up fairly normal, with fairly normal intrests and fairly normal friends. Thats was until his powers came to light. About a year ago, while alseep, he started to raise from his bed, and smashed into the ceiling. When he told his parents, his mother was extreamly supportvie, his father, however, feared that the boy who go same way he did. Telling Lucas about the mistakes he made as the crook know as Core, Jacob asked his son to do one of two things, etheir hide his powers, or try and redeem his old alias. Always loving an adventure, Lucas chose the second option. And so the second core was born, a similer suit being made for him by his mother, his first tharwting of a heist (although extreamly blunderus) made the news, albeit it painted the picuture that this new Core was a criminal much like the old one, but he still made news and that had to be good for a guy still in highschool. Vampyer__xx Name: Riley "Riles" Davis Alias: Radioactivity Morality: Heroic Age: 18 Appearance: Costume/ RegularPowers: Can create radiation within a circular area about 15 meters in diameter or less, can also take it away. As such, cannot be harmed by radiation. Weaknesses: Cannot be in enclosed spaces. Extremely clastrophobic. Somewhat scared of cold places. Terrified of needles. Will probably die of cancer by age 30. Talents: Can work a small pistol with 'okay' aim. Her parents stand behind her. Average intelligence. Biography: Riley Davis was born to Rachel and Samuel Davis, both survivors of nuclear fallout after a powerplant spill. They were both under the impression they were clean of the radiation, though they were not. When Riley was born, Rachel fell very ill due to the radiation Riley let off during birth, though Rachel did recover and stay with her child. It wasn't until Riley was five that Rachel and Samuel started showing signs of the fallout they'd experianced. The doctor checked them all and, miraculously, managed to treat Rachel and Sam. The needle for the blood test frightened Riley, though, and she contaminated him. He attempted treating her but her body never responded to any of the drugs. Before he found the right cure for her, he passed away of cancer. When Riley was 13, her parents had finally accepted that she could control certain levels of radiation, and they did everything in their power to help her control her ability. By the time she was 15, they figured out that she could take radiation out of people, too, and that this power may have been what helped Rachel recover. At first, Riley used her powers to get out of school, hurt people she didn't like, that kind of thing, but then her parents urged her to use her power to help people. Now, she helps treat radiation poisoning, radiation caused cancer, and every now and then she infects people she doesn't like, if within her ability, but she mostly uses her powers to help heal people. Denying Insanity Name: {Apollo Addams or Aaron Aynes} Alias: {Apollo or Aaron} Morality: {Heroic} Age: {19} Appearance: Powers:{Can teleport. Needs to see the place in it's current state to be able to go there. Can teleport somewhere he sees near him,or on live video, but not anything pre-recorded,or a picture.} Weaknesses: {If tricked to teleport into a pre-recorded video or a picture,he'll be stuck there forever.Fragile mentality} Talents:Gymnastics & Weight Training Biography: Apollo was born to an abusive father who beat him and his mother constantly. One day,Apollo was sick of it,so he wanted to beat his father back. So,he came up with the idea to train himself. He signed up for gymnastics and weight training at 13.
At the age of 16,he was ready. But,he was too late. He came home from school, ready to fight. But then,he heard screams. He saw his father with a gun. Before he had time to stop him,Apollo saw his father shoot his mother dead.
In a fit of rage,Apollo disarmed and shot his father. Seeing both of them dead,he dropped the gun and started crying. He gained a fear of guns, and a new persona to deal with the trauma. He and his new persona,Aaron, ran from the house, and kept running. They didn't want anyone to go through what they did,so they vowed to protect the innocent. Fox Demon Ninja Girl Name: Luna LeeAlias: Flying FoxMorality: Heroic Age: 18Appearance: (((but has wings!!!!!))) Powers: Luna has some powers that she had to get used to when they had first came about. Such as being able to turn into a fox furry at will. Although it is painful for her to use this trance formation. She does so anyways to help protect the people she loves, and cares about. She can also fly, but she must have very powerful wings to do so. She may also use her wings as a shield, or if she flaps them hard enough. She can create a gust of wind. She can’t attack any one with her wings them self though, and she would end up doing more damage to herself then the target in mind. She can also control fire, but it is somewhat limited to what she can do with it. She can breathe fire, and create fire balls. Other then that she can’t do much else with the fire. Weaknesses: Luna's one big weakness is a blood moon. A blood moon will drain her powers completely, and leave her human like. With only her natural skills to keep her from getting killed when she is at lost of all power. Another weakness of hers is peanut butter!!!! She is extremely allergic to it, and if she is given enough of it. She would die from an evil over dose of peanut butter!!!!! Weather she it is eaten, put on her skin, and or if she smells it for a very long time. Though it is much like the kryptonyte to super man, but is instead peanut butter. One of her other weaknesses is of a pure silver objects for they would burn her horribly, and she would be weaken by them all together. Talents: Luna doesn't have very many talents, but the few that she does help her out in some ways. Her talent as an artist help her in her day job as a painter to help pay for her rent. Her talent as a trained mix Marcel artist helps her out as a fighter, and to have a less chance of getting hurt in combat with a villain. Her talents also consist of writing poems, and dancing for her dance crew that her friend created. When they where both about 15 years of age, and are still going strong in that point of view. Biography: All threw Luna's life her mother had taught her to always be a proper girl, but she always wanted more then to be proper. Never having to get into fights, or always having to watch. Instead of getting in there herself, and doing things the way she wants them to be done. Hardly ever having a say in things, even in her own life. That changed though when one summer she went out to her grandpa's home for the summer one time. It was then her whole life got flipped up side down.
It was then she found out that she was from a long line of protectors, and her mother was trying to hide that part of her life from her. She was a descendant of a hero that could turn himself into a fox, along with his whole clan. When she had found this out about herself she about had a cow from it. Never in her life would she expect anything like this to happen to her. In her own family where she though she would always have to be the perfect well behaved lady. Nothing more, or nothing less then what her mom had told her she would be. That or told her she could ever do in her life.
Then it finally happen on her sweet 12Th birthday when the changes started. Most girls would want puberty, but no she had to go threw being a fox instead. Learning to control the changes, and how to fight like a real fighter. Her grandfather taught her everything that she knows, and how to control that which she wished so dearly would never pop out in class. Though she was kind of happy when the blood moon came, because it was the one night that she was normal again. Now she dreads it for if the villains found out about it. She would more then likely be good as dead, if not torched for revenge for all the villains she has sent to jail. She got her power over fire by complete accident from her mother who was also a pyro. Her mother how ever could do a lot more with the power then Luna can. Luna is one to hold back, because she is afraid of what her powers could do if she was like her mother. Misery of the Tainted Name: Iolanthe-Magdalene MaundrellAlias: Haunt of BucharestMorality: Heroic Age: 15 years old Appearance:Haunt of Bucharest CherriXXXPowers: Iolanthe-Madgalene, petnamed Cherri, uses a small palm sized book to write her spells in. She has not yet mastered the art of the basic elements, but she is pretty adequate at using them. She can also create a shield. Cherri also has blood that turns into silver when it touches air. Weaknesses: Without her book, Cherri cannot use any of the spells she has because she has not yet memorized them. If Cherri puts up too many shields or too large a one, then she goes into a sort of hibernate mode where the shields won't go down and she is unconcious until something, anything powerful enough, breaks her from the trance. It takes Cherri about seven shields for Cherri to go into the hibernation mode. Only a blunt force or sharp enough pain could wake her up, but sometimes she can just, after days, realize something's wrong and wake up. Cherri's still feels pain even when she is struck by a normal weapon and her blood turns into solid silver, that is why Cherri tries to avoid fighting as much as possible. Cherri's blood won't always turn into silver, if she is struck by obsidian or silver her wounds take longer to heal (still heal fast, but longer than usual which makes her then suseptible to attacks by normal weapons), and the weapons would have to be made of at least 20% silver or obsidian. There is only one type of weapon that can kill Cherri; the weapon is made from obsidian and dipped in a poison found in mountains in Cherri's home and in the mountains of Idaho and Colorado. The poison would kill her even if she was just knicked by the weapon, because the poison works only as soon as it makes contact with blood, a drop will spread through the whole body and kill the victim in less than a day, the poison doesn't just kill her, it also causes extreme pain and blocks her magical abilities. There is no cure for the poison. Talents: Cherri is a great acrobat and she has a natural fighting ability.Biography: Cherri's mother and father are the king and queen of another realm, the realm is seperated from this one by a sort of filmy doorway between the two universes. Cherri herself was born a full demon despite it being only her mother a full demon and her father a human, and as Cherri grew up, her mentor and eldest brother trained her in the use of the four main elements; Fire, earth, wind/air, and water. Cherri, at age ten could weave the elements quite well, at age fourteen she had mastered them. Except for she could not use them all at the same time. Cherri's book of spells is a book of many different spells such as opening a portal to her home, sealing someone's mouth, or even turning one substance into another. Cherri's shield is quite strong, if something tries to pass through, the shield will turn acidic and well, that's the end for the intruder. Cherri left her home at age fourteen, when her fiance, a vampire, attacked the castle and took its residents as hostages. The vampires then took control of the Kingdom of Bucharest and for some odd reason Cherri's fiance let her go. Cherri now searches for someone who can help her get her family and kingdom back. Cherri still does not know why the vampires took over, especially if her marriage to the vampire would unite the two kingdoms and make the vampire the sixth heir to the throne and because Cherri and her fiance loved each other immensely, Cherri now loathes her fiance. Cherri used a spell known only by the seven royal families of the seven kingdoms in her realm, to get to earth. Cherri is accompanied by her and her sister's dragons.Cherri's Dragon- TaumhallSarah's (Cherri's sister's) Dragon- Frukal

Villain Profiles: ArchNiwa Name: Michael Kriar Alias: Cytech Morality: Depends on the situation, mostly villainous, as that pays. Age: 25 Powers: Exo-suit which is grafted into his body, granting him superhuman strength, speed, and agility, also keeps him alive. The suit, when not being used for physical enhancements, retracts into a metallic box that is attached to Michael's body, though inconspicuous. The outer exo-skeleton of the suit is the only part to retract. This suit is made of nanites, which allow it to retract into the main system, the box attached to Michael's back. These nanites are programmed to receive signals from Michael's brain. The super strength that is granted to him makes him about four or five times stronger than a strict bodybuilder, being able to lift a decent sized car in a few occasions, though even with the suit, lifting a car is a strain to Michael. Michael's speed is only enhanced to the point at which is allows him to keep up with a car driving at about 30-40 mph if running at full speed; however, generally, he is only able to move a few times faster than a decently fast regular human. Michael is able to do his normal acrobatics as if he had been trained all his life due to the suits enhancements, though the agility he gains from the suit only helps him avoid being hurt from someone with high human reflexes, and he cannot dodge a bullet unless he is moving to dodge it while the trigger is being pulled, however, the suit will keep him alive after being shot, and will reduce bleeding, until the bullet is removed. This being said, Michael can still die of blood loss; though it is harder than a normal human. Talents: Acrobatics, did some gymnastics and a bit of martial arts when younger. Biography: As a child, Michael's family did not possess much money or material goods. The Kriar family came as a second generation of immigrants, though the language was lost with the first. Since arriving in America, the family has struggled to find good work, to make ends meet. Most of this is due to the high discrimination against anybody who is not natural born, as is seen in many cases in the modern day. Michael's father; however, married a woman with a college degree, hoping she would help them earn money. And earn they did, for awhile at least. When Michael was born, his mother had to quit working, cutting their source of income by three quarters. When Michael turned five, his family moved into a townhouse in the slums of a very prosperous city, because their funds had become so low they could barely afford food. Michael was often picked on at school because his family couldn't buy him very much clothing or food, and they had no video games or toys for him. Using the teasing as motivation, Michael began to study and try harder in school making perfect scores in all of his classes, besides the physical ones. Upon his tenth birthday, one of Michael's former physical education teachers decided to fund him going into martial arts training, because that seemed to be the only way to get him to do anything physical. Michael grew close to this teacher and the teacher became more like a parental figure in his life; driving him to try hard in everything he did. On his seventeenth birthday, his beloved former teacher died of a heart attack. Michael was devastated, but he continued to try hard in everything, including working to support his family. When Michael graduated from school, with honors, he continued working for his family's income, becoming an inventor;though he only invented motorized kids toys and fixed car engines. He became a successful inventor making quite a bit of money and even moving his family into a slightly nicer home. However, one day during a government test of a new jet; a missile had been fired on accident, one that would destroy Michael's home and family. The day after the accident, a government party was sent to look for any survivors. Michael was found still alive, under a pile of rubble. Because they could not let any information leak out about their accident, they took Michael to a government facility, where he was to be used as a guinea pig. Though he was alive, he was in critical condition, and he was put into an immediate surgery for a prototype "Cyber-suit," which was grafted onto his body and connected to his heart and a few organs to keep them running properly. After the suit was proved to work, Michael was put through rigorous training and several "sessions" in which they were slowly brainwashing him to be their slave. Michael found a way to escape after a year of torment, and headed back to the company he worked for. After explaining to his boss what had happened to him and his family, Michael began living with the boss. His boss, Angela Grieves, also became his suit's new mechanic and his family. Michael made an announcement declaring that his parents were killed in a car accident, to keep his secret safe; saving the government in the process. Michael dawned the name "Cytech" in secret, and has been taking down government facilities and became a mercenary willing to do anything for money. Even though he is a mercenary; however, Michael will not kill a person, because of Angela. Michael, though he has escaped; is still hunted by the government, in secret, for the suit they spent millions to produce.Edit: I used nanites because nanites are in development in real life, though they're highly theoretical. Some have actually been tested though. THE KNUCKLEHEAD Name: Aiden Mercer Alias: They call him LoudMouth Morality: Villainous Age: 19 Appearance: Powers: Sonic Scream- The origins of his name can be found in this power alone of course. His voice holds the power to obliterate most anything that is in its path within its fifty foot range in front of him. This range can be much larger in a sound condensing area i.e. a tunnel or subway station. With the help of his second power it can easily blow holes in thick concrete walls if focused right and long enough. The scream itself is more of pushing energy or shockwave like. The controlled projection of energy can be put into concussive blasts or force fields up to 3 feet in front of him as long as his voice is in use and breath can hold. The reason behind his incredible power is the unconcious use of his third and final ability of electron manipulation Sound Manipulation- After finding the destructive power of his voice, LoudMouth found another dangerous ability in his arsenal. He found he could not only control the power of his voice but he seemed to have a good amount of control over ambient sound energies. Not including any form of biological sounds. From silencing a whole area for a stealthy entry, to a confusing and painful volume on the ears. He can even condense sounds from his voice or other sounds around him into large energy like blasts proportional to the sound they make. Electron Manipulation- This final ability is unknown to LoudMouth. The electron-harnessing ability is linked to the speech center of his brain. Speaking triggers a massive disturbance with the enviorment around LoudMouth with a word capablilty of leveling a city. It is only fortunate that LoudMouth does not know of this and highly likey he would never find out. For if he did the world would be his Weaknesses: Though his scream is God like his endurance and ability to use it are not. Screaming too much or too often can result on heavy damage to his vocal chords. Only once had he pushed his limits on the power. When the police found him, he was writhing in pain holding his throat and bleeding profusely from the mouth. The pain becomes so overbearing that he becomes phisically weak and disoriented. When disoriented the sound control works against him and every day noises and sounds become unbearably loud and painful. One weakness not many know of are his eyes. Brightlights cause him headaches and can even cause disorientation which as you have seen is not healthy for him. To protect himself from this he wears specially made sunglasses strong enough to not crack under severe pressure of sound and dark enough to satisfy the health of his eyes. Very weak and very brittle, but faster than a normal man. They can regenerate as long as all the pieces aren't destroyed. He can also summon a more thought process skeleton that can talk and remember its past but that counts as two skeletons not one. He is also able to reform the bones to create bigger versions of a skeleton or or creature. Able to summon up to four full fleshed zombies for up to 40 yards. Weaknesses: Everytime he summons a skeleton one of his arms or legs will slow down so if two skeletons are summoned his arm can't move but if one zombie is summoned one of his arms or legs can't move. (2 skeletons=1 zombie) Like before the skeletons are very fragile and they are both very flammable. Also it is much harder for him to use his power to summon the dead on concrete or through any solid object on the ground. The demon is very weak against holy attacks and long range attacks because of no armor (guns bows ect.) Talents: Very good long term memory, and good at reading ancient languages Biography: Xerx was a normal child and an unusual liking to the dead and demons. At age twelve he joined a gang called "The Blood Skeletons" as thier errand boy. He accepted his position and after a few years at age 16 he rose the ranks and became the leaders right hand man. Over those years Xerx would always spend time in graveyards, at age 14 he summononed his first skeleton. This was one of the key factors he became the bosses right hand man. At age 17 a gang war happened at during the last fight, Xerx's boss died. His gang was able to win but with so few members they disbanded. Xerx took his bosses body and put it in a blood red coffin and supposedly buried it. Now he is a villian wreaking havoc on Citadel Creek and most now who he is not for what he does but what he carries, a blood red coffin. Slugwid Name: Alex Anderson Alias: Rev Morality: Villianous Age: 21 Appearance: Powers:Revving: Rev's main power is that his is able to rev up his body. He builds up a collection of kinetic energy around his body that increases his strength and speed significantly, while also creating a sort of resistant force that lowers the impacts of things striking him. This is where he got his name from, as when he revs his body it creates a loud noise equivilant to that of a chainsaw. As a general elapse on how long he can maintain his rev, he is tipically able to hold the force around his body for twice as long as he took charging it, but he refuses to charge for too long because of the strain it puts on his muscles. Volt: Rev found out that when he revs his body, it builds up an electric current that stimulates his muscle into acting better and faster. However, he discovered that if he is able to make contact with another object while he is revved, he is able to run the current through it as well. The current is strong enough to paralyze most humans for a short time, but cause no long term damage. Rev Force: Rev is able to, instead of using his kinetic energy to enhance his physical abilities, expend all of his collected foce in a blast that rises in power with the more energy he has collected. When he chooses to expend his energy, it realeses as an invisible force that lowers in power only as it hits objects that slow it down. Weaknesses: Rev's power puts large amounts of strain on his muscles which can leave him broken in the dirt if he remains revved for to long of a time. Also, if Rev is struck with a large electric force while his body is charged, it causes him to short out and he is no longer able to charge for a few hours. But the most of Rev's worries is that if he is struck while revving, his built up energy releases in a sort of bubble around him, blasting everything away from him. He is also left paralyzed on the ground for a while. Talents: Rev was taught the ways of the street by his dad. He is able to pick a lock, hotwire a car, knows where to get what drugs, and has ways of finding information people don't normally want known. He also knowns the location of most liqour stores in the city, which he frequently visits with the money of his pickpocket victims. Rev was also taugh his father's means of fighting. It's a strong form of bar fighting with no rules, breaking his foww's nose, aiming for the eyes, whatever it takes to leave the other person on the ground with you still standing. Biography: Born a one Alex Anderson, Rev was raised on the street. His mom had died in chold birth so his father had to raise his son on his own, however he didn't have a job or house so Rev was raised on the street. Rev's father did whatever he could to make his sons life easier, stealing food drink and making sure no one ever messed with his son. Rev's father go into many fights over people making fun of his son, no one had the right to make fun of a child who was going through what he was. As Rev grew up he became more indipendent, and helped his father as much as he relied on him, but soon one day many things changed. He discovered his powers, and upon showing his father what he was able to do he was told that their lives would become easier. However soon later his father contracted a serious disease, and neither of them had the money to afford a hospital. Rev's father made him promise he wouldn't rob a bank or anything to get the money, it was his one rule: "No big crimes". Not long after Rev's father died and he decided that big crimes were neccesary sometimes, and that next time, irreguardless of how big a promise he made that he would do anything in his power to help those important to him. Rev's morales soon became skewed, and he became a heavy alcoholic to help him cope with his life of lonliness. He found that wherever he wen people either hated him or were afraid of him. He grew to hate them, they thought less of him just because he was different. Soon he turned to violence and became widly known for the violent and often fatal beatings he would lay down on people who even looked at him wrong. He destroyed buildings just because they were in his way. He soon became known as a villain and was hunted by the police. But the police didn't know what he was, and when they found out they decided to leave him to the superheroes who were supposed to take care of people like him. Hostile Mimicry The history is a bit thin on "how come she's a villain, then". I explain it with her parents being complete arses. Is that all ok? Name: Kathy Kennikot Alias: Astrid Morality: Villainous Age: 26
Powers: Astral projection: She is able to leave her body as a projection of herself. Her Astral form is able to fly and move through walls, but is unable to physically do anything. In her astral form, she is almost undetectable. Cameras flicker when they try to record her, and when she speaks, only traces of voice is recorded. A lot of the time, her projection is percieved to be a ghost. Some people are able to see her while she's in her astral form. She uses her astral form to stakeout banks and various places of business, and mainly deals with stealing money. Empathy: She is able to read and change the emotions that people or herself feel. Said people need to be within five metres of her, and once they leave the five metre radius, her empathy becomes ineffective and their emotions return to what they were before she had changed them. She generally uses this on herself when she gets taken in for questioning by the police so that she keeps her cool and appears to be innocent. She can make people feel "weak to medium" strengths of emotions. It depends on how strong they are. I'm generally making metas stronger against her powers than humans. The amount of control she has over their emotions depends on how strong the person is. If they're really emotionally unstable (Case A), then she'll have better control. I can imagine if the person has just lost someone really close to them, Kathy'll be able to control them quite easily. On the other hand, if they're completely sound emotionally (Case B), then she'd find it more difficult to do anything. In case A, she'd be able to control who or what they're [insert emotion here] at/with. In case B, she'd only be able to give them a nagging feeling of [insert emotion here]. She is unable to use her empathy while in her astral form. Possession: She does not know of this power. Possession allows her to, when in her astral form, temporarily take over the body of an individual. With a conscious person, she can take over the body for about thirty minutes, but with an unconscious person, she can stretch the time up to about an hour and a half. If she tries to take over the body of someone with superpowers, the time she is able to take over their body for is greatly reduced to about five to ten minutes for a conscious super and about half an hour for an unconscious super. If the person has an astral form and are using it, then she can completely take over their body, as there will be nothing fighting her or forcing her out.
Weaknesses: It is possible to block her astral form from leaving or re-entering her body. Silver touching her body makes her unable to go into her astral form, and when she is out of her body, silver touching it can force her astral self back to her physical body. Various spiritual blocks make her unable to go into the shielded places and telepaths can force her back to her body. When she leaves her body, it is left limp and unable to do anything. If her body gets killed or is possessed while she's in her astral form, she is stuck in her astral form forever, unable to do anything about it, as she can't inhabit a dead body.
Talents: Kathy can pick locks and disable security cameras without being seen -in her physical body, of course.-
Biography: Kathy grew up in a religious house in Ireland. Her parents were normal people, they just forced christianity upon her when she was a girl, and has resented them for it. She resents them because when she was about ten, she was showing strange signs of what her parents thought was possession by the devil. This was only allowed to go on for a day before her parents called the local vicar to perform an exorcism. The exorcism was a painful process. It ripped her apart inside and forced her "soul" out of her body. This was her first astral projection. Once she returned to her body, her parents were satisfied that the exorcism was successful, and left her alone for a few days for her to rest. Those few days is when she taught herself how to use her gift of astral projection. She managed to teach herself to part from her body without the ripping feeling that she felt when she was exorcised, and began to explore the world. Once her parents got wind of what was happening, they blamed the devil once more, not even stopping to think that it was actually their fault in the first place. They consulted the vicar again, who told her parents that it may actually be their fault, which they denied. The vicar mentioned that silver would be able to contain her "spirit" in her body. Her parents then went about finding a silver necklace that Kathy wouldn't be able to take off. After a week or two of searching, they found a specialist jeweler, who said that he would make the necklace around her neck, so there was no clasp for her to take it off. The necklace was more of a choker than anything else, and Kathy had tried to take it off, but it was so tight that it she ended up hurting herself while trying. Once, in an escape attempt, she fainted due to choking and almost died. And so the resentment grew. When Kathy was eighteen, she left her house to find the jeweler that put the necklace on her and forced him to take it off by holding a stolen gun to his head. He took it off, and she instantly felt free. The man had called Kathy's parents about what she forced him to do seconds after she had left, so she left Ireland for America. It wasn't long before she realised that there was a problem. She needed money, and there was no way that anybody would hire an eighteen year old for a well paid job. This was what initially turned her to theft. It was the adrenaline of the heist that kept her going. That, and her love of money and expensive things. Luckily for her, she always managed to get away with it, due to her careful planning and her second amazing gift that she found out about on the first heist. She was quite confused about why the people around her were so calm, especially when she was holding a gun and telling them to give her all the money that they had. It was even stranger why they didn't use the silent alarm. Either way, she was deviously happy with her haul. It felt extremely good that she could deposit vast amount of money into banks without initial suspicion. She only did this once, before she realised that it was a terrible idea to have a large bank account. There would be an investigation into it, and the last thing that she wanted was to have was the banks breathing down her neck. So she took up residence in Citadel Creek. She bought a nice penthouse flat in the financial district. It was perfect for her. She worked with money, and it meant that she could easily put money into stocks, and get it back into a bank account, few questions asked, later. She has also always kept her eyes on Super Solutions. There have been a few times when she's seen a job there. Both times when she had applied, they accepted. It was a good thing for the client that she's untraceable.
