I hate coloring XP and for some reason I had a hard time drawing the body and shaping the hair, so I didn't even attempt hands, haha.
but I do like the shape of the head, eyes, and bangs I did =]
Critique's and a few tips are loved!

Yes. Hatsune Miku. The cuteness herself.
I think you did a good job. Maybe a tip could be that you practise more anotomy, copy poses out of H&M, and not at least practise hands. Later, drawing hands will be something you do in every drawing. I hated drawing hands before, but now I like to do it, because I can actually make them look like hands.
So don't try to skip hands, sooner or later, you will and must draw them if you don't want to screw your drawing up.
Anyway, I love her face. One thing I can see improvment on is personality. Every character have a personality, even if it's just some person you made up at the second. I usually draw the face and whole body, for so to think up expression, personality and dressing the character after that description. If you do that, each drawing will look diffrent, and somewhat more inviting. If you draw 100 diffrent characters with same expression and facial stuctures, they become boring, and noone will bother to loook and admire your drawings. But if you draw 10, really thought out characters, they will draw people to them, and people will admire your drawings, no matter what level of skill your drawing is.
Hope it kind of helps with my rant! ^__^;;
