Welcome traveler. I see you've found yourself awake and confused. Don't be.
In this world there are creatures known as Pokemon, creatures with powers beyond this world.
And you my friend, are one of them.
Though unknown to the human society, there is a world where us Pokemon live like them.
Echizen, a large island far from the main regions, is home to the Pokemon society.
You live in the region known as the Lost Village, an old-fashioned traditional Japanese style town.
There are distinctive regions in which you hang out in, but if you feel like mingling or finding a good opponent, there is always the main village in the center.
Noodle Bar, General Store, Tool Shop, and the Market are there for your needs.
Now go traveler, enjoy your life here in Echizen...
A new day has arose in Echizen. With newcomers here and there the Order of Kazam, the holders of infinite knowledge and founder of the Exploration Team Society, have found that Echizen holds too many secrets important to the citizens. So, defying the laws of many generations, the Order of Kazam draws out the deities and allows the world to see the truth.
And a warm light envelopes you and you awaken..
Whether in small cavern in Mt. Surrealia..
Or a tree top hut in the jungle..
Or sleeping in a crater with your head on a quilted rag..

When you first came here you received a User's Manual and Town Guide. You first open the User's Manual to see the technical rules and terms, and then you open the Town Guide and see maps and the different regions of The Lost Village. They tell you everything you need to know about Echizen, what you should and shouldn't do, and at the end you have a page where your information and picture go so the Town Office know about you and can help you in any situation:
In Echizen Legendary or Rare Pokemon have Deity powers or are sacred and live in hidden areas, so if you want to play a Legendary or Rare then please be active, live by the guidelines and ask me.
In Echizen, Pokemon of extreme strength and skill are known as Elites. If an Elite is abusing his power or someone tries to submit them self as extremely powerful, then they will be removed without a trace. You must earn your Elite title, and you must still play fair.
In Echizen, the law is very important. People feel safer and the younger have more fun, so please obey the roleplay laws and the guild laws and the Gaia ToS.
In Echizen, people enjoy interaction. If your not giving them enough to work with, then you'll be asked, warned, warned again, and then removed. So please, give at least three lines.
In Echizen, you should have fun.

Legendaries and their Legends. They may not be from the same region, but in Echizen, the legendaries have different legends and stories, as well as different rivalries:
Groudon and Regigas: During the infancy of the planet, Groudon and Regigas have battled fiercely to make the planet. After a long, enduring battle, Regigas now lives on a piece of land, torn in half. On the other half is black nothingness, as it is not of the human world, and when ripped by Groudon, it was destroyed forever. Now Regigas waits for the world to be destroyed so he may defeat Groudon and reshape the planet.
Deoxys and Palkia: Distorting space by shifting cosmos and stars, Palkia made sure that Deoxys was unable to return to space after his DNA mutation and ever since tried to defeat Palkia for causing him mortality.
Dialga and Celebi: Dialga and Celebi have been in battle for a long time. Being a time traveler, Celebi has caused time trouble for Dialga for a long time. It is said that the planet's course was changed three times by their fighting.
Giratina and Jirachi: Living in the world parallel to us, Giratina makes sure that death and fate go correctly. Jirachi is the exception though, and always causes unwanted changes, making Giratina's job harder.
Mespirit and Darkrai: Darkrai feeds on dark dreams and nightmares, and it has always worked. But when Mespirit taught the humans the power of emotions such as happiness, Darkrai's power shrunk and he was forced to hide away and eat rarely, not as always as he usually did.
Kyogre and Articuno: As winter starts coming, Articuno makes his appearance and freezes water, causes blizzard, and generally makes it inhabitable for deep water creatures. And as the water Pokemon look for better places to live, Kyogre is constantly awoken.
Zaptos, Raikou, and Rayquaza: Raikou can freely launch lightning bolts from his back, and Zaptos controls the storm clouds above freely. With lightning and thunder launching freely and wildly all around, Rayquaza has trouble traveling, and sometimes has to go down low to the ground to travel. And when Zaptos realized Raikou's existence, the lightning came harder, faster, and more frequently.
Heatran and Entei: Entei's roars causes volcanic blasts somewhere around the globe, interrupting needed slumber for Heatran in the volcanic caves.
Suicune and Lugia: Lugia's wing flaps can cause forty-day storms, interrupting the north winds and generally interrupting Suicune's run.
Uxie and Ho-oh: Uxie has been the being of knowledge since the beginning, making her important and very special. Scientists and scholars searched forever to find her. But when the legend of Ho-oh feathers and wings came, the attention of Uxie turned away and went to the being of eternal happiness.

Appearance: His feather crown is spiked and longer than normal, he has three tail feathers instead of two, and his forehead gem is cracked.
Moves: Ice Punch, Night Slash, Brick Break and Giga Impact.
Origin: This Weavile, who goes by the name of Dark Frost, was exiled from his clan in Johto for being too weak and not improving at all. After his exile, he swore to take revenge on the clan, and improved his strengths significantly. Now evolved and stronger than any of the other clan members, he comes to Echizen in search for any clues about a legendary blade that was lost to the ages so that he may take revenge.

Appearance: He is a normal Umbreon, though his rings glow brighter than most Umbreons, and he has a necklace with a purple stone from the crystalline forest that has an odd scent which increases Psychic powers by four times.
Moves: Psychic, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, and Dusk Combo. [Practically a combo of slashes with dark energy.]
Origin: Originating from a forest in Mossdeep City, he trained and fought off trainers who tried to catch them. Soon when pressure became too much, they migrated to Echizen to find a peaceful life.

Level: 99
Age: One million years old.
Pokemon: Azelf
Appearance: Azelf, the being of willpower.
Moves: Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Explosion, and Spirit of Will. [Only able to be done three times, this move completely revives the target and fixes the area around it.]
Origin: Being a deity of Echizen, Azelf makes surethe world stays in balance and balances Echizen as well. Moltres appears in the coming of spring, and adjusts the will of the world and causes a big shift in one direction, making Azelf's job harder.

Appearance:A shiny Charizard except the tail flame is blue. When pushed to the limits it Turns white, giving him enhanced abilities His attire consists of a black shirt with a Gray vest over it. Wears a red bandanna, with blue shorts that covers his knees.
Moves:Air Slash, Flame thrower, Flaming Swallow (Part of a weapon technique) Luminaire (Used only if either angered, Light being active within him, or close to fainting,)
Origin: A Young adventurer who's stories have been told Around the world for years. Ever since he was 10 as he recently evolved into a Strong Charizard. He took on many adventures with many friends, Family, And Guild members, One day he decided to take on an adventure to find the Mastermune; an Ieku filled with light energy. Once he found the mystical blade, he undergo some changes as he was ejected to the island of Echizenl a place he never knew of. Now he explores the lands to try to find his way back.

Pokemon:Lugia
Appearance:Like any other Lugia, Only difference is the blue part of the body is also added with a brown outline of a maple leaf, and a sword by the side.
Moves:Aeroblast, Dive, Hyper beam, The song of storms. (To call upon the rain and either make it a day, or forty days if angered by Suicune.
Origin: Being an Deity of ocean, Lugia; Goes by Arekkusu Yamanashi, or Alex by his friends. travels the ocean to help maintain the peace of the Kanto birds, while meeting new friends during his travels. While Traveling, He was caught by poachers, and the mark they left was a maple leaf on his blue part of the chest. He was saved by Czar and a few of his friends. In return a Bond began to form with them, and they became the best of friends. Because of that even he now watches over the ocean; making sure no poachers dare to capture innocent water pokemon. His way of taking care of poachers was devouring them, in front of the many boats. This went for so long that he was labeled as the Devour as Poachers were too afraid to cross the seas as they might meet an untimely end. It wasn't long until word began to spread across the world. Poachers were now rare to find in the seas and the ocean was a safe place once again... for now.
