So I've recently moved out of korean . I went to lots of korean stores and found that there was no such thing as GOOD kim chee, so now I've decided to make one. Now are there any recommendation of what kim chee or chilli powder I should use?
Do you know how to make KIM CHII? O__o

Oh, a korean lady on youtube has a wonderful recipe. Look for Maangchi on youtube. =3 Um, a kimchi recipe my mother made in Connecticut when I visited was Papaya kimchi. She also did one with like these broccoli type vegetebles. I think it's called broccoli ro or something like that. She said it was a chinese vegetable. As for my mother's recipe, it's a family secret. lol Sorry. 4laugh
