I really like that first one. surprised What did you use? Pencil crayons?

The avatar art is kind of hard to critique... D:

The only thing I can really suggest is trying some more dynamic poses. All the avatars you've drawn ('cept the one of you) are just kind of... standing there.

i think they can hold well on their own. i do agree with tawney that it'd be fun to see more dynamic poses when it comes to avatar art, or just drawing people/characters in general.

in addition to that, i also think it'd be beneficial if you could use the whole composition to bring out the best in your art. the ones that seem the most successful (to me) are the ones that use up the whole page/canvas because it gives more to look at. maybe you can incorporate that idea into your character drawings? like giving them a simple background, or if you're feeling generous an elaborate background. doesn't necessarily have to be a full fledged environment or anything, even just some graphical stuff would help enhance your stuff.

The arms glued to the side of the body type pose always looks a bit amateurish, because lots of beginners use that as a way to avoid difficult hand and arm poses. My sister did it when she started drawing a few years ago.

The portraits where the arms come away from the body, are already way more interesting, even if the rest of the anatomy is a but static, so try to incorporate them into the posing of the character when possible.
