Alright, so I need to pick some crew members and probably a Vice-Captain. So, anyone who wants to be a Guild Mod, sign up here with why you think you are a good choice for the position. I'll go through the entries Friday the 10th.

Well, I have some experience as a moderator; I'm a Vice Captain over at Guardians of Destiny, a founder of a still new DeviantArt club and have had a few other experiences in the arena. I'm also an experienced roleplayer in both the tabletop and non-dice arenas, so I can help out there. I'm a very active person on Gaia, although you probably wouldn't be able to tell because I don't usually hang in Guilds very much. Oh, and I'm the first one to post here. Paying attention counts for something, right? ((Note that I probably do NOT want another Vice-Captainship, unless like, hardly anyone else is qualified.))

I'll probably not need a vice-captain yet, I'll wait to see if it becomes important. But see this is so far the most successfull guild I have run. I have had a series of bad starts, due to unluck.
But yes, you sound very nicely qualified as a Crew. smile

Yea, I've had some bad starts myself (which is actually why I pimped both of those links-NEEZ MOAR MEMBERS) ; heck, I've even sold a Guild before (and then promptly regretted it when GoD was founded the next month, XD). So I understand. In fact, I actually only got up to VC today; the previous third in command had been generally inactive from the start, and has now been MIA for over a month.

I'll put my bid in, for whatever position you need.
1. I have experience as a moderator for no less than three forums on a website that had over 2 thousand members while i was there.
2. I am the admin of my own site
3. Most importantly? i have no life -.- in short i am almost ALWAYS here, as well as more than willing to direct new people, help members, recruit, poke people with sticks as needed.

Eh, I guess that I'll put my two cents in.
I'm the owner of one guild, that's fairly new yet still successful.
I've been the mod for at least three other guilds, which ultimately died in the end, back when I was still new to Gaia.
I'm fairly active and check my guilds at least once a day.
I roleplay, but mostly internet and nothing with dice and stuff. >.>
I (usually) know what I'm talking about.
And, I'm grammar OCD, if I see a mistake, I'll fix it. sweatdrop
