Alias'/Nicknames: Goes by Ara to people close to him. Known as Hisara when someone directs something to both him and his brother and also when they're being talked about as the same person.
Appearance: Arashi has very green eyes, full of innocence and arrogance. His hair is silver with the bangs in his hair coming down below the eyes and the rest being somewhat jagged. He's roughly 5' 7" in height and about 135 lbs. He wears a light yellow scarf with the tails coming out behind him. He's usually seen wearing a red coat that comes down to about his thighs and the arms stop a little bit past his wrists. When not wearing this he has a skin tight black fabric which stops a little below his belly button, with the arms stopping halfway between his shoulder and elbow. He wears three belts around his waist; one holding up his shorts, and the other two crossing rather low. His black shorts are rather baggy but tighten up at the end right below his knees. His shoes are red with black metal plating on the bottom, top and small pieces on the sides and back. He is at the young age of 16
Personality: Ara is the quiet twin. He secretly feels slightly ashamed for not being able to protect his brother when they were attacked by the space pirates, and is one of the reasons he went with his brother. Just because he is quiet doesn't mean he won't speak his mind, and when he does it's usually foul mouthed and arrogant. He has a short temper and doesn't like being made fun of, especially when the fun is poked at his height.

Called out of anger at the space pirates when he tried to protect his brother. Ara has dubbed the BEAST "Ikari". Equally gifted with the guitar as his brother, his playing seems inhuman. He is indifferent towards the sound of his guitar, as it can be high and bothersome or sometimes just right in a middle range.
Ability: Twin Stunner.
When Ara and Hiso begin to play on they're guitars, the dulcet tones carry, stunning any enemy who happens to hear it within a 20 meter radius.
Special Accessories: Nothing besides the scarf and jacket, but that's just for looks.
Background History:About 97 years after Haruko and Naota left for space, there came a time of great depression. The city of Mabase was perishing and the economy was depleting. Hiso had always dreamed of leaving this town, but never felt he would have the opportunity to do so. Not long after the depression peaked out, a large band of elite Space Pirates came down to Mabase in the middle of the night, ransacking everything in the town. Houses were torn down, innocent people were killed, the only words they spoke to the villagers were “Where the hell is Atomsk?!” When they came upon Hiso and Arra’s house, the twins, age 13, hid under their bed as they watched the Pirates slaughter their family. They busted into the brother’s rooms next and immediately dragged Hiso out from under the bed by his neck. His throat was being crushed and right then and there is where he first opened an N.O. Portal in his head. A large lump accompanied by a blue light appeared on Hiso’s forehead as the pirate threw him to the ground out of confusion as to what was happening. With all of his might, he grabbed a hold of the protruding lump and pulled it out of his head to reveal it was his guitar, Chie. The pirates did not fight back because they had never seen a human be able to open an N.O. Portal. They offered for Hiso and his brother to join the Space Pirates, and Hiso gladly accepted, but his brother was reluctant to do so and Hiso had to persuade him to come along. The brothers then went along with the Space Pirates once they left and helped in their quest for Atomsk.
