Mostly because I was addicted to pain killers & couldn't really feel it that much.
It's stupid & leaves scars.
But you'll eventually realize that & stop.

Every now and then I do.
I try to stop.
It's addicting(so to speak).
It gets my mind of certain thing.
But I haven't so far.
I highly don't recommend it.

moonflower1221 Why is it so hard to stop? It eventually becomes an addiction, some can kick it easier than others. It's been a horrible struggle for me, but i also think the length of time that u do it plays a role.
