I have 13 days in till band camp!
WOOT!
Our camp is at our school.
July 13-17;20-24 it 7:30 am to 4:30pm (longer then last year).
Our total cost for camp is $ 200.
We have to bring our own lunch but snacks and drinks are provided.
When your camp? For how long and how much? Do you have to bring your own lunch? oh, and where is your camp take place?

Band camp for us was three phases. Pre band camp was at the high school from 11-9 for one week. Band camp was away in nh or maine at a camp for 8 day practice was 8-9 with three breaks in between. then we had post band camp for a week at the high from 11-9 for five days.

Luthein_leigh Band camp for us was three phases. Pre band camp was at the high school from 11-9 for one week. Band camp was away in nh or maine at a camp for 8 day practice was 8-9 with three breaks in between. then we had post band camp for a week at the high from 11-9 for five days. Our school to cheap to send us to camp. We normal have clinic then pre camp then camp but since we have a new bd this year we are running way behind. They are still working on the drill masters and stuff. We aren't even having tryout this year for cg it just who wants to color guard. They don't even have setion leader or a band major yet. ( whidh is being decided the first day of camp.)

My camp started on the 15 of June and runs though the 4th of July. Then we have a week and a half break then we go from the 16 to 24. Its held at our high school, 8-11 and it was 55 dollars. And we march in seven parades and we get a field trip day, to a water park.

(200) there is a school in our district that their camp is like 630 dollars each.

Lucky we don't have winter guard at out school. We had a hard time fighting with the football team to let us use the football field for marching band. I can only image the fight we would have with the basketball teams ( 2 girl teams and 2 guy teams) then the volleyball , the cheerleaders and the tennis players.(we only have one gym) Fall color guard which i going to be on usually get stuck practicing in the library but now we have a library free of holes in the ceiling and walls I don't think the librarian is going to allow that anymore. The stage is off limit to everyone but to drama class and drama club ( which am a part of)

Our MB get the mosts trophies. they had to start putting them in the band room cus they don't have room for them in the band case.
