Have you made a religious/spiritual accomplishment that you'd like to share with the guild? Then post them here so we can all congratulate you!
(This can be anything from finally finding that gemstone you've been looking for to finally finding a good coven to join. No accomplishment is too big or too small).

Well, I'm taking a break from it now (because I really need it and should be focusing on my master's degree... whoops), but over the past three months or so I've gotten an awful lot of research done on the four elements' historical background. It's a much bigger beastie than I imagined, with many of the texts I'd like to look at not being translated into English, even. Still, I did find some amazingly fun texts on the subject and it has helped me to understand the odd break with the Aristotelian legacy that has occurred within most of Neopaganism.
Yeah, I really should just write a damned book already. I just seriously doubt that any of the New Age publishers would take it because it would probably be too academic (and none of the academic publishers would take it because technically I don't have the qualifications). xd

My newest accomplishment would be excelling at a new art of magic.
I made a satchel of herbs for good luck,
and amazingly it worked, the day has been perfect.
Wondeful how subtle powerful spells can be.

I have just gained a coven without even trying. xd Other friends wanted to study wicca and knew I had been studying for 5 years now, and we all just made a coven of 4 people. Small, I know. I was made coven leader and we still need to find a high priestess, but until then they kind of look to me for that position. lol I'm a little scared I'm not gonna be much help for them, but I'm definitely going to try my best. 3nodding

I finally came into a fair amount of money, so I managed to buy almost everything I've been wanting for a while. Things like a wand, athame, so on, so forth. I'm so excited!

WOW! That's about all I can say. I just got reconnected to the friend that originally introduced me to Wicca about 8 years ago and she told me about a new coven that had just formed. I just walked in from our first Esbat and I'm on a high right now. There were only four of us tonight, two maidens and two mothers, but it worked out perfectly for calling the Quarters.
This really has been the thing that I've been needing for a while and I hope that it continues to grow and prosper under the Goddess's eyes.

Today my father gave me a tiny box full of little bits of pine tree his co-worker gave him. smile
He didn't seem to know what to do with it, but apparently his co-worker, Julie (who I assume is a Witch) told him to give it to me. She said you're supposed to put it in a dish and burn it. Apparently it's for Mabon and he had fogotten to give it to me earlier. He said that she told him it was harvested under the right moon and everything, because she doesn't think you should get that kind of thing at an Occult shop. I'm so excited though, it smells just lovely. heart

My spiritual confusion aside, I've found my patron goddess recently. I had a different patron in the past, but I've been feeling disconnected from her for a while and I'm moving on into a new stage of my life. I'm excited and looking forward to setting up an altar for her. heart

I recently made a wand out of my neighbor's tree. After thanking the tree for one of its branches, I carved a wand from it with a knife that I stole from the kitchen. XD
I haven't been able to use it yet, though. Maybe I'll get a chance sometime around Yule. . .
EDIT: Is anyone else seeing this post wedged between two september posts, this one being in november? o.o
