Sticking to Power Rangers here... I'm an older fan and am proud of it. So I don't hesitate to talk about them, my problem is I hate it when people make fun of us. Hello, we were the original fans who have liked these guys since the start.
For example, I was in the library the other day watching one of my favorite eppys where Adam came back to help the Space Rangers by using the broken morpher and I got laughed at from a teenager who sat beside me. I just wanted to say: "Mind your own buisness."

I'm an older fan (23 and still going) as well and I know what you mean. My friends laugh at me when I start talking about power rangers. My sis gives me strange looks for it sometimes. Still, I will always love it, especially the original series and SPD, though dealing with the phantom during late Turbo and In-Space was neat too.

it is really strange to get these kind of reactions when a lot of people that do that are anime fans, i mean most of them get harrased for watchin "Cartoons" and instead of not being jerks as others treat them, they turn around and do the same thing.
