The board read "Fire Magic", "Intelligent", "Levitation". Peri stood at the front of the classroom waiting for her student to arrive.

Teal enter in the class with her dragon Tain Shu, Tai for short. Then she sees Peri or a woman that look as Peri the man that shoe her Tai egg.
" Hello, I'm Teal and I'm here for information about Tai my dragon " she smile and ask "Are you Peri's sister? you look like a lot!".

Peri blinked at Teal's question. "Uh... sure. Something like that." She muttered. She really need to go corner Raven and made that witch turn Peri back into a man. "So... to start off with, do you have any questions about your dragon?"

Teal giggle at her teacher face " hehe can you say hello to your brother, he is funny" she smile and then look at Tai. " Ma sis Lu have a white dragon her name is Tiamat, she look more as a dog-dragon that Tai he seems more human like, and I want to know if they are going to fight because Tai is Fire and Tia is Ice" she said while she cares Tai fur.
Tai smirk at Teal and put his head over Teal, his little human is cute.

"Sure..." Peri was glad that the girl changed the subject. "Hmm... your sister's white might try to pick fights, but your dragon would prefer to outsmart the white than fight. Some people say that the asian lungs taught humans how to read and write. They're very smart and not as strong physically as some of the other dragons"

Teal smile to her teacher " then Tia go to try to pick fights and Tai go to outsmart her " she giggle " I like it better the word that the sword". Then she look at her dragon " wow Tai you race is smart they said you teach us as read and write so cool" she hugs her dragon.
" can you tell me some more about Tai race sound interesting" then she look at the board "fire magic.... intelligent... levitation... mmmm I can see the levitation and intelligent but fire magic is he to get it soon"

Peri chuckled at her student's enthusiasm. That was one nice thing about these classes... it was a topic the kids enjoyed. And they always seemed to have fun in them. Well, almost always. Blacks threw a kink in the classes sometimes....
"He's a bit young for fire magic yet. It'll take him a while to be ready for that. Young dragons can't use their breath weapons and magical abilities for a while. Well, with the exception of the asian lungs and their leviation. They have that from when they hatch." The woman shrugged.
"Any other questions?" The girl had pretty much covered what Peri had written on the board, so that was pretty much out.

Teal nods and giggle " better wait for the fire or mom go to throw him out to the garden" she pets Tai. She start to think about that she can ask about him but she can get any question.
" I can think anything now but I know you can tell me a lot about him" she smile and pets Tai " can you tell me about his race in general? I think that if I know more I can think some questions"

"Well, he's a Chinese fireball, which is a type of asian lung. Eastern dragons, which is what the asian dragons were often referred to as, were always revered. It was considered a blessing to see one. They were smart and taught many things to mankind. Whereas, the Western dragons, ones like your sister's white, were feared and thought to be all evil and hunted. Different parts of the world, different trains of thought."
Peri thought for a moment before continuing. "The asian lung will fight if they have to. They prefer to outsmart their opponent. Or, if that fails, use magic. But if they've run out, or low, on spells, they'll coil around their enemy. Sometimes they'll use that in combination with a magic attack. Such as coiling around the enemy and then using a fire spell to make themselves become a huge fireball twisted about their opponent."

Teal listened attentive start wondered if she need specialty in magic over meele to get a better equip with Tai. " Mmmmmm Do you think I need more magic classes than meele classes to be a good partner" then look at Tai.
" that you think Tai magic or meele for me" she giggle at the face Tai made and wait a her teacher anwer.

Peri thought for a moment and shrugged. "It could work either way. If you focused in magic, you'd be a formidable magical team. If you focused in melee, you'd round out each other. So whichever you like best." She smiled. "If that's all the questions you have, we're done here."
