pulling a grueling hard-fought first victory as the first male Rose in the history of the WWX earned him a lot of respect right away as when he got back to his locker room two people who had watched his victory Sista A
and Candy Cane were waiting
"hey rookie" said Sista A to start "nice match out there your first victory here in the WWX against that overgrown overbearing corrupt cop"
"yeah alot of us thought for sure she was gonna kick your a** good after what we saw take place earlier when you came in and she shoved you but then in the match you showed her a thing or two and showed her that you're not to be messed with"
just then a voice spoke up
"i know not who you are but your performance and actions are definitely worthy of respect and praise from me as they should be from all of the Rumble Roses here" the figure revealed herself to be Noble Rose
dez then spoke up "thanks all of you i'm happy to be here happy to have won my first matcgh here to have earned a lot of respect and praise but most of all to be making history as THE FIRST MALE ROSE" he smiled then went to go get looked by the trainer and once he was cleared to go he then returned to his locker room and rested for a short while before being woken up by another friendly face in Ms Spencer who had come to celebrate with him before it was time to pack it up and go on for the next show
"hello" she said to him
dez sat up and said "hello who are you?"
"my name is Muriel Spencer but please just call me Ms Spencer
i watched your match against Sgt Clemets and i must say i was very impressed by you and your victory"
"thanks a lot Ms Spencer this means alot"
"tell me now though why have you decided to join the WWX?"
"my reason for joining? well i've always been a fan of the WWX for years and despite history saying that i am the 1st male rose that is not true i'm only the second"
"the second?" said a shocked Ms Spencer "yes" said Dez "there was one before me he was my elder Brother and he went on to be the very first Male Rose of Roses"
"really and who was he? she said wondering
"WWX history marks him as a 3 time champion having fought with many famed WWX legends including Reiko's Mother Kamikaze Rose herself his name "The Wild Thing" Roy Phillips "hmm Roy Philips? i think i remember someone by that name but i'm not all that certain i'll have to look up that name and see what i find but in the meantime congratulations on your win"
"thank you Ms Spencer" said Dez as he went pack ed up his things the got on board his chopperand rode out for the location of the next show razz hiladelphia Pennsylvania

as he rode to philly on his chopper what Dez didnt know was that he had a follower someone was following him to Philadelphia and that someone was the current Rumble rose Champion herself Noble Rose whom he had spoken with earlier
why she was following him was unknown but when he finally reached the city of brotherly love he took a nearby hotel room and went to rrest for the night with his would be guardian and current rose of roses Noble Rose watching over him from above

unable to sleep dez went to the balcony of his hotel room and coming down to join him was Noble Rose herself the Rose of Roses
"unable to sleep i take it?" she said looking to him
"how did you guess?" said dez as he looked to her
she didnt answer him she instead moved on "i have been following you since we left Washington and there's a reason why"
"care to tell me what that is?" he asked
she took a seat as they went back in ans answered him
"everyone was shocked when they heard that a man was going to be joining the roster and as you can imagine while many of my fellow roses were happy for the big change others such as the person you faced tonight Sgt Clemets and my sister who calls herself Rowdy Reiko were not
and when they saw you win my fellow roses and i were happy and because of your first victory over the Sgt you earned a lot of respect but
know this...this is far far from over you wanted a rematch vs her well now you have it only this will be a tag team contest with i as your partner tomorrow night here in Philadelphia"
"so it'll be the original sin vs you and i huh? and here i thought just one was bad enough but dont let that fool you i have good reason to believe that if we work together Noble Rose we're gonna ring both their Liberty Bells but good! preferrably i plan to teach the Sarge that when you mess with the Rattlesnake you're gonna get bit!"
"that sounds very good to me" Noble Rose said
"i suppose you cant stay? that you have some "other business" to take care of that comes first" he asked noticing her looking to the window
"actually" she said "i can and i will be staying because tonight my "other business" is to take care of and protect you tonight and then have your back as my tag team partner tomorrow night"
"that's good to hear cuz after what happened tonight i have a feeling i'm gonna need all of the protection i can get against that crazy corrupt cop Sgt Clemets and her deputy Rowdy Reiko"
"do not worry" she said to him "i'll be here to ensure your safety through out the night so that you can rest easy...now rest. believe me when i say i have a feeling you'll need it"
"alright goodnight Noble Rose" he said as he soon fell asleep
"Goodnight..Desmond Shannon" she said then went to her post on the balcony"
