Dead threads are threads that no longer get many views or are replaced by a better thread. Those that match this criteria will be moved here.

Also things that are out of date will be moved here.
Example: Gaia Prom thread started by me.

Right and wrong. Some like the Prom thread will be locked and moved to the Archive. You can decide to move your thread or the Captain and VCs will if it doesn't seam to be going anywhere and doesn't really fit in the main themes.
We are willing to rethink our decision to move it to the DTGY if enough members petition us to put it elsewhere. I'm even willing to put my own threads here if they flop.
