As many of you know, I spend some of my time diligently checking Gaiaonline staff journals for inside information, trivia, and hints at upcoming Gaia updates and events. Today I stumbled across the most exciting hint of a soon-to-be-released event I have read in my history on Gaia:Narumi Misuhara I'll be working on an exciting sponsor very soon involving a young wizard.. ..and Fleep is down in the Gaia basement doing his best to contain an old box filled with Golden balls with wings, if they escape we may need users help to retrieve them all....
...Commence exploding into happy candy.
EDIT: Snitches, robes, and wands - oh my!

Omfg, yes.
YES. You gimme dat sponsor right now. I actually sort of wondered about that, since last night I saw a bunch of Harry Potter ads along the sides of Gaia and stuff.

And, I suppose due a glitch, the ads make weird noises that call to mind a snitch's wings.
I am really looking forward to the event, even if it's just like the Sims search.

The quest is a pain in my butt, so I'm just buying the items in bulk from the market.
I want 500 sets of robes, 1000 wands, and 300ish snitches. At 5 gold each, it's not a very costly quest either. They will be very slow in inflating, I'm sure, but by the time the second Deathly Hallows is released... well, I'd regret it if I didn't collect them now. Besides, I'm storing them on related accounts (robes on Lane, wands on Josephina, and snitches on Professor Khane) and I find that oddly cute. XP

I was taking a moment to glance over my journal subscriptions, and Narumi made note of another Harry Potter quest!Narumi Misuhara I'm currently working on a campaign everyone loves, our favorite wizard will be visiting Gaia again and this time we hope to he'll go out with a bang!
