I'm trying to make a game and it seems the hardest to making a game is finding the right kind of music..... neutral Anybody know what site has them? And I really don't like using music that's from another game...

I would suggest the Newgrounds Audio Portal first; there are some great remixes, as well as a ton of original stuff up there that is simply amazing.
If you can't find something there, try poking around the links over at the Holy Links, Batman! thread. Some may have music, or lead you to other sites with music as well.
