So I can draw a whole body without any problem. But I can't come up with any idea for the top and bottom. And I have a bit problem on drawing movement. Any suggestion?

Look at alot of different clothes, come up with your own kind of style, most of the members here seem to use Deviant Art, when I would sketch on paper and ran out of ideas, i'd go there and look at all the different clothes and poses, things I needed you know, use them as a reference and come up with your own thing.
Something else I found useful for finding clothes was something like a hottopic website, which sells loads of things including very stylish clothing. Use the pictures of clothes, sketch out your own thing, ya know? I'm not saying go find a picture of someone that someone drew with cool clothes on an go take it, just use it as a reference for YOUR OWN work.

Stock up on a WHOLE lot of different magazines, I have this huge amount of M, J-14, all those jazz types of magazines. Perfect for pose ideas, and clothing ideas. Also for scene ideas... Geographics are also really helpful for back grounds, just find all sorts of magazines!
Umm, also you can search on the net for your faveriot TV show scenes, and such for other pose ideas. Bascally, when drawing movement most people break it down into different shapes. Like circles for joints, rectangles for connecting, ect.

Oh, I'm having problem with movement as well, so I can't give much help there. Speed lines and slightly exaggerated poses seems to work well for most.
I agree about the clothing - both your problem and the answers. I mean, dresses are easy enough, but male clothes seems so boring rolleyes T-shirts and jeans all the way in the magazines... Still, magazines, deviantart and (wait, this is a good one) tektek is great for clothing ideas. Shoes are worst of all, it's a tricky part of the body (in my opinion at least) and the magazines offer little to work with...

I usually dress them according to their personality type, like if your character is the bad @$$ type I'd draw them with black leather and zippers and I give them their own theme song and imagine how'd they move to it lol
'cause I'm weird like that. 4laugh
