It was a dance inside my head that had driven me to this part of my world. it was a daunting little tidbit that floated around my head like a repeated song. My movements matched that of this tune that floated around, caressing my brain, telling me what to do. My muzzle was pressed against my breast as I danced into the view of another.
What a little pretty thing she was.

Cocoa was grazing in a small clearing, her ears perked up and shifting around her keeping alert on her surroundings. It was something Brajan had taught her as a foal, something she would keep dear in her heart. That and the other memories that went with it, of the Stallion who had taken care of her when she was little. She missed the brown stally, wondering if she would ever see him again. Yet her thoughts were interrupted as she heard someone approach. Her ears flicked towards him her head darting up in alarm.
Seeing it was another Kirin her head dropped back down to the sweet grass below. Before she did so she gave a small nod of her head in acknowledgment of his presence. Most would have probably kept alert to see if the other would pose as a thread, but that thought never reached the Mare's mind.

This is what a stud is bred to do, what he is born to do. What he does best it should be told as though as it is almost pure instinct to want to meet a female and spread one's seed. Heh, it is what it is. The song drummed louder in my cranium as I looked up to see the mare that stood before me. My skull shot up t'words the heavens, plume flailing in the light breeze and settling down against my neck. Movements halting upon this small boulder beneath my cloven hooves- it gave me a sense of almighty power for a second.
My eyes travled over her as she acknowledged my presence, but soon returning to her festival of greens. Apparently Im not a threat, this and this alone sent a shrill shot of excitement coursing through my bones. Im not a threat, Cackle rumbled trough my innards and crawled up my throat to be released into the air- where they longed to be. I then took a few steps towards her-
"Eve Minx."
I spoke- my voice was calm, for once.

She lifted her head up and looked at him tilting her head to the side with a look of confusion on her face. Was he talking to her? If so what a weird way of putting it. "You..." She paused mid- sentence trying to think of the right word for it" Silly," She spoke her voice light, airy and a bit childish sounding. Titling her head curiously at the male she spoke again. "Name?" Her sentences would always be short and choppy. She often heard words but hardly retained enough of them in her mind to form complete smooth sentences. Her body might have grown but her mind was still at the stage of a foal.

I eyed her as she seemed confused by my presence. Silly? Me? Why of course, That's exactly everything I have ever wanted him my life. To be a silly little stallion with a big mane. Snort ripped forth my nares and showered the blades of grass before me like acid rain. I dipped my head in response. This mare is awfully short with her tongue, my pedigree seems much older now because of this.
"Little Lady, My name is Dom."
Its like im talking to a foal. Humph.
"Whats yours?"

"Cocoa." She replied simply a little goofy grin appearing on her face. "What here for?" She questioned him and then pawed at the grass under her. "Here for meal? Or Traveling?" After she spoke her head dropped down going back to eating her own meal of the sweet grass.

I stared at her dumbfoundedly for quite some time before picking up my hanging jaw and swishing my tail behind me. This was different, indeed. Pillars atop my skull flicked backwards then forwards again before I could contemplate an answer for this mare.
" Just traveling, Whats is in these parts anyways?"
Better to start up a conversation since the breeding time came and went.

She glanced up at him and once again muttered "Silly," this time her mouth was full of the sweet grass. She swallowed her mouthfull before she lifted her head up once again. "River....Um..." There was a river somewhere she just couldn't remember where. "Trees," She grinned again tilting her head at the trees around them. Her front hooves pawed at the ground below them. "Grass, ground. Um...What other things...Oh...Sky!" She giggled lightly tilting her head up at the blue sky above. "Other things...here must be around. Travel with?" She questioned. "Brajan want safe," She was talking about herself now. "Brajan father, but not father.." She smiled at him.

Yet again I found my self in sheer awe of this female, Was she... Slow? Or just messing with me? I shook my head and followed her movements with my eyes as she stated the things around us. Yes, indeed, they were here. I snorted, I walked right into that one. My thinkbox couldn't comprehend what she was saying. Brajan? Father but not? Lolwut?
I looked behind me then back at her, smiling at me. What to do.
Pistons churned beneath my frame as I wanted to find this river she talked about.
" Yes, you are safe here."
I spoke hoping she would stay so I could not feel so awkward, then again- she was a very intriguing... thing.

A goofy grin came to her face. "We go find river...together? She questioned him with an odd tilt of her head. Her tail swayed to and fro behind her, happy she had made a new friend.

My tracks halted for a moment to look back at the odd mare, sun danced across my pelt, putting harsh shadows upon my frame. I droped my head then lifted it again.
"Sure thing."

"Yippee" She cried out, quite loudly. Then with a small whinny she darted into the forest. Soon she rounded back keeping herself to the tree line. "Slowpoke coming?" She questioned.
