- Summon: Can utilize familiars by using talismans to summon and control different varieties of familiars. The number of familiars one could summon depends on the user’s abilitlies. The talismans could also be used to summon a copy of the caster in order to perform more than one task. The clones will explode if they are damaged or when the caster undo’s the enchantment. The explosion is not dangerous and could act as a diversion. - Magic archer – Calling on a minor spirit, it’s a spell that shoots the enemy your facing with an arrow of magic. Depending on the spirit element you call on, the effect is different. A rudimentary attack spell, but the scope of its application is wide. The more arrow conjured, the more time needed to prepare.

- Pactio - Pactio is a magically binding "Contract" between a Mage and their partner. The pactio enables the Mage casting the spell to transfer some of his/her magic power to the other person involved in the "pactio", improving their partner’s natural capabilities, by an average of ten times their normal capacity. Another advantage included in having a pactio is the ability for the partner to summon a "magic artifact". Each magic artifact reflects the personality of the person summoning it, and as such, the vast majority of magic artifacts will be quite different. When a pactio is established, a card is created as proof of the contract.
-Cry of Battle – A high-level spell cast by the mage before entering physical battle. In addition to surrounding the caster’s body with a powerful barrier that protects from physical attacks, the physical attributes of the caster are enhanced (muscle expansion, power, speed, endurance). - Hakkyoku-ken – Minami’s martial arts style that she learned while she was on Karate Island. Along with the martial arts techniques, Minami combines her magic to create more devastating combos.
- Magia Erebea- A forbidden technique created by Minami over a period of 10 years, in which the user absorbs offensive magic designed to harm the enemy into his own body, to the point where it fuses with their very soul. The technique feeds on the user's body and soul, but in return the user gains power many times that of any ordinary person.
-Magia Lumos - A special technique, similar to Magia Erebea, that combines both magic and chi together to surround the caster in a glow of light. the execution of the technique is more simpler than Magia Erebea, but requires more control. The magic and chi focuses around the arms like gauntlets. The technique feeds off the natural energies around her to give the user more power without harming the user's physical body.

Chapter I Minami's island was located far into the Calm Belt where they went un-noticed for many millennia. The people of that island learned to harness the natural energy of the world through the use of spells and runes. It's what people may call magic. Minami was an orphan among several other children that were the result of a civil war that happened when Minami was 2 years old. Even early on, Minami showed great mastery of magic and entered the magic academy when she was 6. At the age of 10 she had surpassed the older students and graduated from the top of the class. This didn’t interest Minami since she just wanted to live a quiet life, but she had no choice since joining the academy was forced on her. During the final graduation ceremony she was given a final task. “Circle the world and make it back to this island with a partner within ten years time.” The task nearly made Minami fall to the floor before she caught herself. She didn’t want to do the task, but every graduate has to do a final task to become a full fledged wizard or witch. Grudgingly, she went back to her house within the orphanage and packed her things. Meeting with the school’s dean at the docks set off, on a boat provided by the dean himself, set off to complete her task.
Chapter II It's been 7 years since Minami had set off on her journey and she has hit a snag in her travels. Minami was always short on money and had to work on each island for months at a time before she could raise enough funds to get her to the next island. During one of her travels Minami had her first pirate crew encounter. The strange man with the red hair had inspired her to become a pirate, but she wanted to do it for her own reasons. When they left Minami continued her part-time job on the island and had raised enough money to travel again. Minami then vowed that when she got to the next island she would try to amass a crew to start her own pirate journey.

OK, not quite approved. Just one thing out of place, and that's the Race. Unless it's like with Danah's previous character, who was an alien and demonstrably not human, your character seems to be fully human. Thus, under Race would go 'human' instead of 'witch.' You'd put that under Pirate Class

She had seen more dead bodies than any kid should see in their life. Her life on that island was more than difficult as more and more people she knew we slowly consumed by starvation. Walking around one day for a morsel of food or water to drink she came across another dead body, but with something in its arms. Wrestling it out of the corpeses grip Luna was stunned to find that it was a fruit. She knew that she had to share it with her family and friends, but the desire to eat was more than she could take and ate the fruit. The people found out about what Luna did and beat her in the streets until she was unconscious. When Luna awoke that very night she found that she was craving food again. Following some instinct she hide in the shadows and waited. The first sight of someone walking carelessly made her stomach growl and she attacked. When she came to her senses she found that she had killed and eaten the perosn she attacked. She however didn't find anything wrong with what she did as she was just eating to survive. Since that night she had been attacking and devouring people in the shadow of night. It was also on that same night that she found she had the power to change into a fox. Classified as a demon, Luna was soon found out and chased from her home. Knowing that whatever town she travelled to on the island would to the same headed to the harbour. Killing most of the workers there, she stole a boat and left her home. Chapter II Many years after she had left her homeland, Luna had become a pirate. Luna since that time marketed herself as a demon fox to anyone she fought of met and her devil fruit powers only strenghtened that lie. She earned her high bounty after she had killed and eaten an entire town in the span of a month which earned her the name 'The Cannibal Fox.' She had heard stories from other pirates about the One Piece that every other known pirate was searching for. She found a mild interest in those stories and decided to look for it herself. Almost, but again a single issue: The DF for a fox would be (correct me if I'm mistaken) the Inu Inu no Mi, Fox Model. Other than that, excellent character.

Uh... Why the heck was this character accepted?
The profile clearly makes reference to magic and illusions. Since when was magic part of the One Piece world?
Look, if you want a character with magic, that's fine. Just don't sully the One Piece legacy by using it in a world that doesn't fit it. It's like that guy from the previous RP who's character was a mutated experiment that could inexplicably fly and read minds.

Oh, dear lord. She's a D? How can she be a D? Ds aren't pessimistic. They're cheerful, thickheaded, and straight-up idiots.
And Ds have Super-Human Strength. I see no mention of Super-Human Strength on her profile.

for the magic thing: so what? Magic's never been specifically excluded from the OP universe, and a logical explanation of how the DF work has never been provided, aside from something said in CP9 that was never really expounded upon. For all we know magic might be the driving force of the OP universe.
As for the 'D' thing, it's never been shown that Gol D Roger or Monkey D Dragon had superhuman strength. Luffy presumably gained it as a result of the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Whitebeard, Saul, and Garp obviously because of their size/physique, and Ace... you've got me there, that might be because of some other source.

Give me one example of where magic has been a concept in the One Piece world.
And Devil Fruits aren't magic. They're a biological, natural occurance. Superpowers aren't always related to magic. And you're actually pretty childish for thinking so.
And Luffy has Super-Human Strength because he's a D, as well as because of the insane training his grandfather put him through. His rubber body has nothing to do with his strength. He just uses his stretching powers to add force to his attacks due to the velocity his fists fly at. It's physics, not rubber giving him physical strength.
And Gol D. Roger has been described countless time as "the strongest man in the world".
Garp really isn't that large or muscly. So I don't see why you're using Garp as an argument.
And Whitebeard isn't a D... stare
Does anyone here know the first thing about One Piece? This is why it's hard for me to RP One Piece. I know too much about the series and no one else knows a damn bloody thing... crying

...Please do not call me 'childish.' I'm merely using, for the sake of polite debate, the fact that the Df have never been satisfactorily explained. "Every DF contains a devil with powers that it gives to anyone who eats the fruit" is the closest anyone's ever gotten in the series to an explanation, and demons/devils are traditionally associated with witchcraft and the supernatural. I'm quite aware that superpowers aren't always related to magic, but in this case I'm stating for the record that it is, while not a given, extremely likely.
The fact that Luffy uses the momentum of his stretching limbs to add force to the blow could make up for the fact that he rarely, if ever, displays increased strength. I'm aware that he has displayed increased strength at several points in the manga, but the range is (I admit, barely) within the possible range of human strength achievable while under great stress or by producing excess amounts of adrenaline.
Roger I'll give you. Looked up the reference and you're right there.
Garp's half again as tall as the regular characters and at least twice as broad across the shoulders.
We all know quite a bit about One Piece, just not quite as much (apparently) as you do. I know much, much more than 'a damn bloody thing' about it, significantly more than most people that call themselves 'fans' of the series.

I'm quite aware that superpowers aren't always related to magic, but in this case I'm stating for the record that it is, while not a given, extremely likely. I apologize for calling you childish. But you are correct, they've never been fully explained. Which mean's we can't say they're magic. And even then, if Devil Fruits were explainable by magic, that is no reason to allow the use of magic and magical spells when there is no indication of such a thing existing in the world of One Piece. And demons and devils aren't always directly related to magic. If anything, they're more closely related to religion. And it is highly unlikely that Devil Fruits contain actual devils. It is more likely that this is just a folktale in the world of One Piece. Quote: The fact that Luffy uses the momentum of his stretching limbs to add force to the blow could make up for the fact that he rarely, if ever, displays increased strength. I'm aware that he has displayed increased strength at several points in the manga, but the range is (I admit, barely) within the possible range of human strength achievable while under great stress or by producing excess amounts of adrenaline. One Piece Wiki article of Super-Human StrengthLuffy is clearly listed as having "raw Super-Human Strength" as opposed to Super-Human Strength granted from Devil Fruits or special abilities, which are also listed on the page.. And don't you remember when Luffy stomped across Arlong Park to where Arlong was lounging and punched him, sending him tumbling a few yards away? The average Fishman has ten times the strength of a regular human, and Arlong has much more strength than a regular Fishman. It is also possible that his skin is quite thick and hardned, as he is a shark-type Fishman, and sharks have very rouch and somewhat hardened skin. Then there's Luffy's fight with Bellamy. You can't chock that up to Luffy's adrenaline or stress. Granted he looked slightly annoyed when he knocked Bellamy's lights out, he still did it in only one hit and without any stretching. Though in the opposing argument's defense, Bellamy was somewhat of a wimp... The two moments I am speaking of appear in this video. Quote: Roger I'll give you. Looked up the reference and you're right there. Thank you for your maturity. I admit, I have not been very mature during these debates. But my period is almost over, so perhaps I will be a bit more level-headed (though this skin medication with it's mood-altering side effects is not helping). Quote: Garp's half again as tall as the regular characters and at least twice as broad across the shoulders. Hm... I admit that he does have a very broad body, but I don't recall him being exceptionally tall. I can think of several characters that are larger than him, yet don't have nearly as much strength. Remember the Kairiki Destroyers, those three extremely large members of the Franky Family? They are much larger than Garp, yet I doubt they have enough strength to hurl cannonballs barehanded with much more force than a cannon. The same goes for Jerry, that martial artist that Sanji faced on the Sea Train, who fought using yoga-style martial arts. He was so large he had to bend over at a 90 degree angle when standing up to fit within the train. He was quite larger than Garp, yet I doubt he is capable of Garp's feats. So technically, body size is of little indication of physical strength. Quote: We all know quite a bit about One Piece, just not quite as much (apparently) as you do. I know much, much more than 'a damn bloody thing' about it, significantly more than most people that call themselves 'fans' of the series. I accept that you know quite a lot. But then why are you allowing magic and magical spells in a world where such a thing is completely and utterly out of the ordinary and not possible? It really ruins things for the players who are playing by the One Piece world's rules.
