[one more soul to the call]

It was slightly disappointing that his shift at the Akai had ended for the night. It was past eleven already and Yukitou-san, his manager, insisted on him getting home before midnight, because as he used to say, legal or not legal he was still a kid.
It had been a quiet evening he got to mostly spend with one of his regulars, a boy with outstanding capabilities, far more aware than most other people. He admired him and it was the sole reason he had agreed to provide him with information. To him he was known as Akihiko Fujii. It was his identity during the last years and he didn't mind. So far. Having to leave the tranquility of the restaurant to the spend another night in the city's clamor made him slightly irritated. It wasn't like he detested living in the business of Shibuya. He didn't mind the city or its people. What he did mind was the night and the people crawling around in its murky darkness.

Six had just finished cleaning the restaurant's always spotless kitchen and putting away his apron and work clothes and was walking towards the Akai's door after waving goodbye to his co-worker when he was stopped by a gentle tap on his shoulder.
"Kaerimasuka?"
He didn't bother answering, while he shrugged the man's hand off. It was the last person he needed, wanted to see. He always irritated him. It was just everything about him. Knowing more than he should, the way he walked, talked, laughed and treated him like he was some sort of girl. And that irritating, ********, damn smirk...
"Ita...kore wa taihen desu..." he mumbled, turning to look at him briefly before walking out of the door. Only to be followed. This always happened. Damnit. Damnit!!!. He simply walked ahead, not turning to look at the man again even though his ears picked the sound of his footsteps after him. If he kept this following-you-around game he'd turn him in. However he didn't concider several things... one of them being what that idiot of a man did a few blocks later.

He had little clarity to imprint everything in his memory. After all it happened a bit too fast to be able to realize. He was shoved against a wall and held there. Being that small he wasn't really physically strong and while his tactical abilities helped him in a pinch, even against multiple foes as it had been proven he was practically helpless at the time. He couldn't recall what the man said, just his mind screaming at him repeatedly...
'What are you going to do? Nothing. Nothing!!!!
And then there was the sharp pain in his hand as he grabbed the nearest object -a piece of broken glass from a trash heap next to him- and tried to attack the man with it. In a moment and a scream of pain he was released and he ran all the way from Dogenzaka to Yoyogi on foot.

Hiding between the people roaming up and down Koen Dori as he ran calmed him down slightly but this almost reduced him to tears and also made him realize the pain in his hand as the adrenaline rush subsided. He was angry, very angry. That was the kind of scum he hated the most. The kind that took advantage of everybody else because they were physically stronger and intimidating or because they were rich and had high social status. They were so many people like him, that even the good people -of course there were some of them still left. Some genuinely pure souls that only cared to make the world a better place for everyone, even locked inside their microcosms- it made him wonder if the only way to cleanse this world was destroying to allow it to give birth to it again.

Scary... Wasn't it...?

Now stumbling through a dark passageway of Yoyogi Park, Six held his right hand clutched tightly together in a small fist. From between his fingers drops of ruby red slipped and executed free fall dives into the chilled night air before crushing in the merciless concrete. His breath was shallow, his hair a mess from running and both his feet were burning due to it too. He finally collapsed to the nearest bench and lowering his head so it rested against his lap he tried to empty his head so everything would go away, just like he always did, the way Kira taught him to. Once midnight came around all he had to do was wait and his hand would heal in time.

But he needed to calm down first.
Instead he just started to feel even more unsettled...

Kaerimasuka?: going home?
Ita... kore wa taihen desu...: ah... this is troublesome...

Poison

Kasnes wasn’t having a very good night, why because he was hungry and angry. His mother had slapped him, he had come home in a daze and she said he had been drinking but he had only been out fighting. For some reason he couldn’t remember the night before, he recalled going out to a problem area and finding some guy beating up on some woman, and he had gotten angry, taking him to an ally to teach him a lesson. After that he recalled being slapped by his mother and realizing he was soaking wet and had a scratches all done his back as he took a warm shower before he slipped to bed. Now he had a bruise on his cheek, a scratch from her nail was under his right eye and the throb and heat from the hit only served to piss him off more.

Things were getting strange, he was losing memories and all together forgetting things. He went to a privet school, money made sure no questions were asked when he missed school and it seemed he had been missing a lot of it. Growling to himself, Kasnes walked down the street wearing his normal street clothes and his right part of his hair was pushed back behind his ears to show his earring. He looked up sharply when he saw a stumbling figure; and seconds later he saw something dark and liquid fall to the ground. Curios he walked forward, stepping carefully so as not to ruin the little droplets. ‘Blood’ why was a kid walking down the park this late, bleeding. Suddenly he heard something, something small in the back of his mind, almost like laughter of a child.

Shrugging he walked forward, he had nothing else to do and if this kid was causing trouble close to his home; he could always use some fun. He saw the boy almost drop full force to the bench, really no grace at all; himself he walked with light feet until he stood to the side of the bench and looked the other male over with blue eyes that showed a playful predator like gaze. “So tell me, why are you walking in the park this late, and bleeding from your hand?” He raised a brow and glanced toward the clenched hand, not yet able to tell it held a piece of glass. “Shouldn’t you be home with mommy or daddy, or maybe just home alone.” He added the last part uncaring, he rather himself be one to go home alone.

Six had realized someone was coming his way but honestly didn't care at the time. It could be anyone, from someone who knew him and recognized him to some wandering tourist. He couldn't care less. Of course that was until he was addressed. The person, a male judging by the voice, could only be talking to him, again judging by the distance he spoke from and the reference to his bleeding hand. A soft sigh of exasperation slipped from between his lips. Why couldn't everyone just disappear and leave him alone. If he was alone like that nobody would trouble him like this...
Craning his neck, Six caught a glimpse of the sky, next to the boy's figure looming over him. It was dark and the cold air made it feel like some sort of eerie scene from a movie. Nothing good ever came out of collisions like this. He took a moment to realize the other boy's appearance. Blond hair and an icy-blue gaze. Those eyes seemed to scan him, as if the other was preying at him. Definitely not good. Of course that depended on how he'd play his cards too. His stare shifted again beyond the male as if he was of no importance, same as his questions. Empty. His eyes drifted to the darkened sky again.

Half of the moon had made it’s appearance and emitted a dim light to keep the world from falling into oblivion. He thought of an answer, then paused for a moment to admire it’s beauty. It was disappointing that it was at this time of day where treacherous events usually took place – a perfect opportunity to commit a murder, robbery, what nearly happened to him back there and possibly many other things he dares not mention...

Untangling his fingers to let the piece of glass, still held tightly in his palm fall as to provide an answer for the source of his bleeding, he tossed a strand of hair away from his face with his other hand and crossed his legs.
"It's been a long time ever since I returned to a home with people to call 'mother' and 'father' actually..." he trailed off in a completely relaxed, casual tone. "Not that such people care about their children anyway..." he went on. "It is their own foolish dreams and desires, those they were too weak to accomplish, they care about. All they want is to see them incorporated into their children, and henceforth create themselves anew. Understanding, but pathetic, don't you think?" he cocked his head to one side and studied the other in turn, his own gaze rather scornful instead of what one would expect.
"As for returning alone, I actually thought of that before, but maybe the house wanted to be alone as well. I don't believe the park is off limits though. I might as well call it a home for this night... however, of what interest is this to you nontheless? Do you actually benefit or otherwise take pleasure in troubling people you know nothing about with meaningless questions?"
