This courtroom smells of cats and stale bread... Though not as frightening as its counterpart, it's still rather nerve-wracking to be held on trial here...

We are here today because I feel it is imperative that Blaise Zabini be legally barred from all future medical practicing, due not only to his inexcusable lack of compassion for patients, but for his rash and often dangerous behavior. This week he committed not just one but three unexplainable acts endangering patients of my hospital, including one that splattered one of our permanent patients in unknown potions – something that could have resulted in grave injury or death. He also threatened one of our young patients, Sol – here with me today to tell you how Zabini treats him.

This patient of yours is a member of the Janus Thickey Ward, correct?

And he resides in that ward due to mental impairment as well as physical.
*Pauses, looking down her nose at Hailsmen where she sits perched before the court*
And you think the Wizengamot should take his testimony without a second thought?

You absolutely should not. *Sweeps in with Hermione at his side, gesturing for her to sit in one of the first pew with her poorly dressed companion* Excuse me for the interruption, Miss Parkinson.

Not at all, Weasley. *Smirks* You've been brought re-enforcements at the last minute, hm, Blaise?

*Leading Rowle by the upper arm, her grip gentle but unyielding as she coaxes him to sit beside her on the stiff wooden chairs* Sit and keep quiet, Rowle, please. *Muttering*

*Lumbers in at Hermione's side, garish suit, dank, penetrating stank and all, and ******** it, now he couldn't even mumble*
*Sits down next to Hermione, mouth open and drooling slightly, eyes unfocused and drifting in random directions*

*Glances up at both Pansy and Richard, his lips pressed in a stiff line before he continues slowly* My patient is indeed housed in our permanent ward, and while his is mentally impaired, I have worked with him in the past, he is perfectly capable of discussing Zabini's treatment--

And are you really fit to give testimony on his mental capabilities? *Arches an eyebrow, leaning forward to view Hailsmen better* When you're the one petitioning for Blaise's removal from medical practicing? Wouldn't you call that bias?

*Chuckles as he pats Pansy on the arm* Come on, Pants, let Hailsmen alone. He carted Sol down here for a reason, let's hear the boy out.

*Frowns deeply from where he sits, watching Hailsmen warily*
I do believe we ought to at least hear him out, as he's already been disturbed from his routine and forced to come here. *Scowls*
I agree with Pansy, but I think the boy's efforts shouldn't be waved off.
