Meaning: Great tide, dark-skinned
Age: 5
Build: Short and thin
Race: Human(???)
Personality: He is rather precocious and almost eerily mature
for his age, likely due to his life before being adopted. He is very
serious and focused when it comes to his little sister, but can
otherwise be absent-minded, such as in the case of his own disease.
Likes: Sweets, pancakes, Emily, having a home again
Dislikes: Loud noises, the dark
Fears: Fire
Other: He is an OCA1 albino, meaning he has absolutely no
pigmentation at all. His eyes are afflicted with nystagmus (an
erratic and near-constant horizontal trembling of the eye) and
his eye sight is terrible. He is also very sensitive to the sun and
bright lights. Unfortunately, at the time of his birth parents' death,
he was old enough to see and remember the entire ordeal.

Personality: As far as can be told from her young age,
Emily is a curious and sweet child. She does, however, suffer
from colic and is rather easily startled.
Likes: Eating, sleeping, bath time
Dislikes: Loud noises, pain
Fears: ???
Other: She was born blind and mute, making her a
reasonably difficult case when it comes to care.

Age: Early 30s
Build: Petite and thin
Race: Drider/Drow
Occupation: Snack food designer
Personality: She never really fit in with her own
kind, and one need not wonder why. While they are
naturally evil and frightening (Driders are, after all, the
proverbial boogey men and gods of the Drow), she
is kind and good-natured, if not a bit lonely. She also
prefers to live above-ground, go figure. She has a very
soft spot for alienated and 'unnatural' people and creatures
and likes to spend time with those who will not judge
her on looks alone.
Likes: Cooking, inventing, nature walks, storms
Dislikes: Blood, ignorance, prejudice
Fears: Drowning
Other: She has no contact with her Drider (or Drow)
family members, and prefers to think of them as a fond
memory rather than the angry folk who banished her from
the family when she decided to not follow her 'natural' path.
