Feeling... a little... sleepy? And dizzy? And a little... a little heavy? It's... it's normal... it's all a dream... just a silly, silly dream...

*Sitting at the front desk with the phone headset on, noisily chewing bubble gum as he listens to someone on the other line. He didn't seem bothered that they were screaming about his inability to do his job.*
*Speaking in a very high-pitched valley-girl like voice*
Like, I am sooooooo sorry, Sir, but you are being a right ******** whore-head and I have a strict policy against helping those like such as yourself and- Oh, whatever, sir! Like, bye, a*****e!
*He pressed the button he needed to release the call, peering out from his desk to see if Shane was walking into work yet.*

*Comes up behind Knox instead, slowly so the male would notice his presence, his arms folded across his chest* Answering the phones again?

Answering them for you. *Purrs and grins as he leans far back in his chair, observing the other upside down. Green locks falling to hang over the back of the chair.* Come to lunch with me.

Some people have jobs, Knox. And some of those people do those jobs. I am one of those sad, sorry ********. *Thumps him on the forehead with a folder*

I have a job, Mr. ********. And I was also juggling this one for you. Someone's got to breathe some life into the morose corpse that is your working place dwelling. *Spins the chair around, sitting up*
Come on. An hour, that's all I ask.

*Scrubs his left eyelid, looking weary* Half an hour. And not until four. I've got a lot to do today.

Ugh... Fine. But you're buying it then. *Jumps up from his chair and promptly hugs Shane*
You're so cruel. Making me barter for your attention.

Yeah, while it slowly crumbles into sorrowful pieces.
*Pats him a few times before stepping away to scoop up his coat from the chair.*
I'm thinkin' Thai for lunch. What say you, baby?

*Watches him with tired eyes* Sounds good.
*Combs his fingers through his own hair, looking distracted for a moment while he looks over the cramped office* Might have to feed it to me, I'm exhausted..

*Slings an arm around his waist, pulling him up against himself in a side hug*
Well, come on then. I'll get you fed, ya big sleepy ********. You gotta start taking better care of yourself, mate.

I'm teaching you a new concept... *thumps him in the face with a folder again* it's called "patience." All the cool kids are doing it.
