In order for you to get any members at all you must make sure your Squad sub-forum is attractive, this means putting all sorts of fun and exciting things up in your squad. Don't let your squad have one or two topics, make it big and refreshing for new faces, your trying to attract members, not repel them, make things interesting and not dull or you wont succeed in having many or any members.
[Note to new captains]

New captains... wait, that's me. xd
Anyway, what I'm interested to know in are the limitations. Is there a set list of things that I cannot do in my squad? Or will this be based on pure common sense and personal judgment?

I can't really say that there are things you can't do in your squad since it's your squad. So it's just gonna be based on what you think should be done. It is your squad after all. You're in charge. :3
You can post up your own set of rules for your squad which aren't in the rules of the guild. It kinda makes your squad more unique. biggrin

I'm sure Contra is the best person to ask for help. XD She's great in these things... although, I haven't seen her around much lately.
