I know I don't want to clutter our crew forum (Things will be deleted once we have gotten all our Crew in) But here is another point you should take into consideration when deciding on a captain.
Profiles.
Look at how a member develops their character, someone who really goes all out on their profile character, makes things unique and does a wonderful "Detailed" job is the best suited for a captains spot.
People who do not do this, do not put time into their profiles and just make short choppy little detailed things about their characters profiles Ect are not good captains candidates and if chosen will lead to a definite problem.
Also about the new Archival thread, I'm taking the idea from Gorobei, keep this in mind, delete any forums in the Archival thread and you will lose your captains rank and be banned from the guild indefinitely ^^
Keep this in mind!
Well, so long! ^^

What would you consider detailed? I just want to make sure that I am on the same standards as you guys so I don't say no to a person when you think it's good enough.

Here is an example.
Someone is making their Bio.
A puts.
Carol was really young and lived in a big city. when he died he was an older man. He came to soul society, he made friends easy and lives a good life.
B Puts.
Carol grew up in New York City. During his younger years he was constantly seeing spirits, and for the longest time it scared him as he was so little. Growing up and at the age of 18 he became less afraid and more interested, he wanted to know who they were, and what they were doing, where they came from and where they were going. Carol had approached many and learned that these were souls, waiting to be sent to some place.
Carol had studied these souls for years, he spent most of his adult life studying these souls, studying different theories. He married but divorced when his wife asked him to stop this foolish game, he refused.
During a late night walk Carol stumbled upon a running soul, she was frantic and crying. Something large was chasing her. She ran right past Carol who was still standing there, he could only watch in terror though because what was coming at him was a beast unlike anything he had ever seen, a Hollow. The hollow killed Carol but it did not get a chance to devour his soul, right then a Shinigami appeared and killed it.
Now a soul himself Carol looked to this stranger in black and was sent to soul society that night. Though he isn't very skilled in swordsmanship, Carol was accepted into a squad and now holds 8th seat of squad ten.
A lacks thoughts, care or details B is what you would be looking for, it shows that someone wants to take the time to do something, which shows great leadership skills.

You aren't actually required to put allot of information, no one is. I'm sure what you have is fine, this is just something to keep in mind when your looking at new possible Captain candidates.
