Looks good ta me. c: The only thing I notice is the blushy part is over her ( From our view .. ) right eye. And maybe the highlight in the hair could be brighter, other than that, is really good. ^^
Even if I had a scanner, i'd probably be still drawing in MSPaint. >.> Love it.

Truly excellent for MS paint I must say, I can't stand it since I discovered Photoshop... I need layers! (almost wrote lawyers then... meh?) I would suggest shading to give a more 3D look. I think you could use the eraser with right click thing to do that pretty easily, did that even make sense? I don't know what I'm saying anymore. Very good, that was it.

Wow! eek ... Right, that's not constructing at all, so I'll advise you not to outline the shine in the hair like that - that's all I can think of XP
