And all of the sad goodbyes Vampires are folklore, right? They only exist in stories and dreams. Well, thats what everyone thinks, or at least wants you to think. For Maura, it was different. She knew they didn't just exist only in stories, they were real. And to meet one was one of her biggest dreams. To become one was another of her biggest dreams. That was all until she actually met one. That night, her whole world had changed. Everything she knew would disappear. And this is the story...
Maura had the typical American life. Divorced parents, step siblings, school, friends, all that fun stuff. Ever since she was little, she was obsessed over mythilogical creatures; vampire, werewolves, unicorns, and so on. But her main obsession were vampires. She knew they existed, stalking the night as she slept. Her friends always thought she was crazy, but they supported her nevertheless.
The night of her eighteenth birthday party would change everything. That's when she encountered her first real vampire. Meeting him went like all the other vampire books and movies; they fall in love, they meet again the next night, and so on. What she doesn't know is that he was meant to save her life...
And so the story begins. I'm never going to dance again
These guilty feet have got no rhythm

Use real pictures for your profiles, please. I think it would add some realism to this roleplay.
This is sort of a Romance/Horror so there will be 2 bad vampires and 2 good vampires (not including Mr. Knight in Shinning Armor)

You'd never guess- straight
Add up all the pieces and you get-Maura's a sweet girl, she aims to please others. But sometimes she can't handle being nice and gentle, so she'll snap and be agressive. Though, she's shy in the beginning, and can me clingy at times. After you get to know her, she's loving and ditzy. She sometimes doesn't think things through, and sometimes she can be depressed. She likes to hold in and hide her emotions, and hates when people worry about her. Even though she worries about everyone else. She's very imaginative, and people think she's crazy just because she's different.
The story of my life- Maura's childhood was good in the beginning, until her parents divorced. She's been living with her mom since then, and refuses to see her father. She's happy with her step dad and half siblings. Her friends are few, but they are the best. Through out all her years of school, she's sort of been the outcast. Of course she can read tarot cards and has the ability to sense spirits, but she's mainly obsessed with vampires. her life changed when she met a vampire on the night of her eighteenth birthday party.

You'd never guess- Straight
Add up all the pieces and you get- Mysti's a sweet friend, one of those who you go to for advice and to confess your secrets to. She always has time for her friends and loves helping out. She's not all nice though- she can be really rude and blunt. But she can't help it, she just tells the truth. And when annoyed she snaps. Also she's a rather violent person, but only to those who have wronged her or her friends.
The story of my life- As you've probably figured from her name, Mysti's parents are hippies. BIG hippies. It can get rather frustrating. Luckily for her her parents are very loving and have allowed her room to be whatever she wants. So of course her room is covered in technology and music. She met Maybi in second grade and had been best friends with her since, even sometimes getting into the Vampire obsession with her. Tarot cards are cool and all, but she never actually believed in those myths of vampires.

Add up all the pieces and you get- Maxi is a sweet and gently guy. He wouldn't harm a fly. He's very loving, and could be a bit over-protective with those that are close to him. There are times where he will go bursurk if someone tries to harm the ones that are close to him, or even discriminate against him. Sometimes he can act very girly, but most of the time he tries his best to act normal. He's caring, kind, and loyal. He tends to be a bit of a smartass, but can also be funny sometimes.
The story of my life- Maxi is Maura's twin cousin. They were born on the same day, in the same hospital, at the same time. They grew up close together. He doesn't really believe in the whole vampire magic stuff, but he still supports Maura. Ever since he was a little boy, he showed signs of, what they called, "gayness". His family supports him nevertheless.

The story of my life- Sam, at the age of five his mother died of Lung cancer. His father blamed himself over and over again that it was his fault for not telling her to stop smoking. When Sam got older he started become more shy and keeping to himself. He thinks Maura is a tad bit weird but supports her any ways.

The story of my life- Kristi used to be a very clingy girl. She was once in love with this boy named Chris, who was just so amazing. One day, the two of them were in a motorcycle accident, the brakes stopped working and a drunk driver ran into them. She survived, but fate was cruel... the accident killed Chris instantly. That happened two years ago. Now she's starting to get over the pain, but it's hard for her. But her friends have been helping her a lot, so she loves them a ton.

The story of my life-My mother and dad just left one day and my sister took care of me. When I was seven years old, I wandered off one day in search of my sister, because she had disappeared. I found her dead with bit marks in her neck. A man found me and took me in. He called me his son. when I was 17, I found out that he was the vampire who had killed my sister. I got my revenge, but he bit me. So I am now a vampire and I envy humans for their mortality.

I felt a sharp p***k on my neck and my blood rushed out into her mouth as I screamed in pain. I was betrayed by her and after I changed I tried to follow her but she knocked me unconcious. When I awoke I was in a coffin, for my parents had thought me dead. I fel thorrible for the pain I had caused my family, all because I had fallen for that girl. I swore to protect humans so they could never feel my pain.

The story of my life- Is long and boring. My brother and I started a group of Vampire Hunters as a school project, but it turned out that they were actually living among us. The thoughts of what they do to poor defensless humans is downright sickening and thus the Knotted Cross was formed. My choice? To take each and everyone out with any projectile I can.

Its acutually quite entertaining, much more fun than our original mundane lives. We've been at it for five years now, and its so fun! I love running up to them and engaging them in hand to hand, so much more fun than a normal human opponent.
