A land that has been healed, with its inhabitant's acceptance of himself. Gensokyo has changed, going from a ruined city to an empty land on one side of a great barrier, and a lush, fertile realm on the other, inhabited by beings that never seem to get close to strangers. The land seems to stretch on to infinity, and the barrier is broken only by a traditional Japanese Shrine that rests on both halves of the land. This world's master, Rednal Ak'Thias, seems to have some sort of an agreement with the other inhabitants (he claims they are peaceful Shadows that live in this land protected by Sekai no Kami's might, and that nobody besides him is allowed out of the Shrine and into Gensokyo proper; he has given no explanation for this but rigidly insists on it), and at times he is able to gather information from them. A sign rests beside the offering box for the shrine, reading "Now I have become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds. For what does the Harvest have to hope for, if not for the care of the Reaper Man?"[Gensokyo, the Land of Fantasy] [Restoration Stage: 5/5] RAKH Rednal Ak'Thias' Harem: A mostly literal name, RAKH is a group of characters bound together by a common purpose: Having fun. As a result of their bond with Rednal, members of RAKH may enter Gensokyo once they have their Persona, using it as a clubhouse and adapting parts of it to their will. Rumor has it that there will be RAKH-exclusive events to build Social Links and have fun.... It hadn't taken nearly as long as expected to make it to the edge of the dungeon that Teddie had sniffed out, and as they paced past the entrance, Soji didn't fail to notice the sign, nor the strange scrawl just beneath it proclaiming that somebody named 'Flandre' 'wuz here'. Indeed, she had. Clouded eyes scanned side-to-side at the wasteland stretched out into every direction, and a door almost half a football field away that looked to be the only way to get further inside. About halfway down the path the leader of the team paused, giving his friends a chance to collect themselves and get ready for the trial that waited beyond the door. After everything that they had been through together, it hadn't been enough...and here they were, back on the brink of another life-threatening adventure together. Whatever was before them, there was no one else he would rather walk into the fire alongside...Teddie, Yukiko, Kanji, Chie, Naoto...Rise and Yosuke when they got here. They were his strength, and when he wasn't sure he could press on as their leader and face the trials ahead, knowing they were beside him made it possible to be the leader that they needed him to be. Turning from the door, he looked at all of his team and nodded once, firmly. "We'll wait a few minutes for Yosuke and Rise, and then we have to go inside," he told them, "Teddie, you're going to handle support and watch the rear. Yukiko, I need you to have your healing spells ready. Use your fire spells when you need to, but try to conserve your energy for Dia spells. Naoto, Kanji, and Chie....I want the three of you with me, understood?"

 Chie nodded as Souji informed the team of what positions they would be filling, and was glad that she was told to go with him. "You got it leader." she called, excited. "I won't let you down." She hopped a bit in place. Oh yes, this is what she's been missing. She couldn't wait to crack some shadow masks.

Mayonaka TV: Gensokyo Teddie nodded firmly "Got it Sensei! Just like old times, huh?" he said thinking back to one of the first times he had met Yosuke and Souji, the first time they fought the shadows, and how Souji had single handedly defeated the monster that Yosuke's other self had turned into. It was an amazing battle and Souji never once faltered, that was why Teddie called him Sensei.

 Kanji stepped forward standing on the otherside of Soji as he spoke " Yea, lets do this!" he said as he clenched his fists a little, completely ready to destroy some shadows. After a long day of actually attending school, he could use the release of kicking the crap out of some shadows, and he gladly awaited it...

"It's time," Soji decided finally, after waiting just a little bit longer for Yosuke and Rise, but unwilling to wait any longer when someone was inside that dungeon in need of their aid. Stepping forward to the door, he stood to the side and motioned for the excitable martial artist, Chie, to open the door. Whatever was on the other side of there, they had no choice but to face it head-on if they wanted to get to Rednal in time to save him. It was set to be foggy tomorrow morning...which meant that it was now or never. "We're going to go in-and-out. One run, all right? Whatever is behind all of this, let's show them that it was a mistake to start trouble in Inaba from the beginning," the Senior said his final words of encouragement before they went inside, then turned his attention to the door. What was beyond it he would soon see...but whatever trials they faced, they would overcome as long as they were together. Of that, he was most certain.
'Once more unto the breach...'

Chie Nodded as Souji motioned for her to get the door. She moved forward, and opened the door, a mix of nervous, and excited. She was ready for this. A speed Run. They would need to get through this twisted dungeon so that they could save the person inside it. "Lets go!" she called, as she started in.

Yukiko stood near Teddie as Chie went to open the door and Soji make clear what they were going to do. She waited until Chie, Soji, Naoto and Kanji entered first then followed with Teddie behind her.

Kanji rolled his neck a few times limbering himself up as he cracked his knuckles and nodded running inwards after Chie, he was completely ready to face whatever might be on the other side of that door along with the rest of the investigation team, he awaited the arrival of whatever monster it might have been excited to finally relieve some stress after a long long day of school.....

If there were any questions about whether or not his team was truly ready to head back into the TV World dungeons in order to save this and any future kidnapping victims, his questions were answered [in part] by the enthusiasm shown by both Chie and Kanji, rushing forward through the door to Gensokyo. Was it dangerous for them to rush ahead like that? Sure, but it was much more dangerous to go inside half-hearted and taking baby steps because they weren't ready to go. Like this, their fortitude would be strong, and even if they ran into trouble, they would have the strength to fight their way out of it. 'I'm glad I decided to bring them, first,' he thought, referring to the party of four [including himself] that would be spearheading the investigation, 'with those two, even in the face of a tragedy like this, they are the type who stand up and fight their enemies without thinking about it too much.' And in that sense, they were probably better suited for this investigation than anyone else in the party. Yosuke was the type to become emotional and hot-headed, while he, Yukiko, and Naoto tended to think too much in the face of such dangers. Then again, thinking was something they were almost certain to require in navigating the dungeon, and in order to bail out their more hot-blooded friends if they got into danger...which was why having Naoto on the front line was as much a preventative measure as it was a forward attack strategy. And with the others in support, they could have confidence going forward into the unknown.
Waiting a few moments to gauge the mood of the group as each passed by him towards the dungeon, he caught the eye of Teddie and gave him a confident smirk, then stepped forward as well. Swiftly, he began to navigate towards the front of the group, ready to defend his friends with the true power of The World at the first sign of trouble.

[Gensokyo] There was an intense flash of light as the door was opened, though oddly, it didn't seem to actually hurt the eyes of those who saw it. Behind the door in the waste of a ruined city lay... a grassy field, populated by the cutest, fuzziest, most adorable-looking Shadows ever witnessed, and beyond them, another door. There was a glow in front of the group, and out of it stepped... almost-Rednal. Those with experience in places such as this would probably guess that this was the Shadow Rednal... and their guess would be entirely accurate.  "Welcome! I am, like, so totally stoked that you're all finally here!" the Shadow Rednal said, waving its arms up and down frantically. "I mean it, like, took you way long, you know? So let's get this started! I've been having a lot of problems lately, and you lucky guests get to be the ones to, like, help out!" the door slammed shut once all the members of the group had entered, and Shadow Rednal vanished, reappearing by Kanji. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand... you have no choice in the matter. So, like, Kanji-dude, since you're in my class and all, so we're gonna start with you. If you wanna get the group outta here, you're gonna have to go smack around those critters for me, dig? Use this." he handed Kanji a weapon. "Just go over and start whacking 'em with that. Bashing, oh, six of them should do it. Then that door'll open and you can go on. Oh, and nobody can help him, 'kay?"

It didn't take long for the group to find at least part of what they were looking for after setting foot inside of the new dungeon, and right away, they could tell from experience [as expected] that what they were looking at wasn't the student they had become acquainted with the other day. Instead, it was his shadow. 'This is definitely the shadow,' the Leader mused seriously, taking a defensive stance in front of his friends in case the Shadow tried to attack. When it moved to the side of the bleached-haired former delinquent and told him to start smashing away at small, kitten-looking shadows with a wicked looking weapon, he turned and took a look at the moderately-ridiculous situation with a frown. What kind of a game was this...and how on Earth did this guy's shadow know that Kanji was secretly a fan of cute, furry things? Had he been spying on them before, or was the shadow some sort of intuitive or mind-reader? 'Couldn't say he remembered anything quite like that in the past, but you couldn't rule anything out inside of the Television. Especially when the shadow saw sadistic things like this as some sort of fun. "Chie, check the door," he ordered calmly, wanting to confirm the shadow's statement that they couldn't move on without taking his own eyes away from it for a moment, "Kanji, remember...there's nothing in this world except the shadows, and us...so these are shadows, no matter how they look, got it? If it comes down to it, just close your eyes and start swinging."

Chie was surprised at the shadows that appeared. They were adorable little kittens... and the sick shadow wanted Kanji to kill them? "You sick minded shadow!!" she called, as she heard Souji's command. She moved over, and tried to open the door, and flailed around for a bit, before Kicking the door, as hard as she could. "It's sealed!" she called back, annoyed. How dare that shadow do something like that?

Kanji felt the guy hand him a large object as he the guy started talking to him, he pushed the shadow back a bit speaking " I can do it man, Back off... it's not like I have a problem destroying these things... I don't even like kittens..." he said as he looked down at his feet rather nervously trying to figure out how he would do this, he walked over to the first shadow as he looked at it struggling not to burst and grab hold of it and begin cuddling, he began to think to himself " Oh man... this is gonna be hard, how can I do this? I know this things are just shadows, but their cutest cuddliest shadows I have ever seen... how can I do this?!" he thought as he began to think on his day as he closed his eyes. He remembered Yukiko's cat Kana, it had been a real kitten that he had loved and actually played with, Kanji slowly began to remember the terribly cold room the cat was stuck in... all alone... with no food...Kanji couldn't let the Kitten just starve, it was a real kitten, he had to crush these fake ones to save it, breathing deeply Kanji quickly manned up as he lifted the large weapon and slammed it downwards on the first kitten crushing it to pieces, he felt it die as a tear began to roll down his cheek speaking "... o-one..." he said as he quickly turned away from the group so noone could see, he quickly dried the tear as he prepared to continue, using the thought of saving Yukiko's real kitten to give him strength, he slowly muttered to himself " Their... just shadows..." he said as he slammed it into another Kitten crushing it, he continued to repeat the earlier phrase as he slammed it into another and another and another. Kanji had killed 5/6 kittens, he looked back at the group speaking " How many are left?" he said rather manly hiding the fact that he was dying inside from killing all of those kittens...
(sorry guys... I got sidetracked ^^,)
