I went into a public restroom today and the place had only one toilet. Unfortunately, that one toilet had diarea and in that diarea were maggets. I threw up all over it. Why do some public bathrooms have to be so disgusting?

I guess what makes people keep something clean and comfortable is their sense of belonging. Since the person who had diarrhea probably only came just once to the toilet, why bother to clean it? The toilet wasn't theirs anyway. Personally, I try not to be messy when using public toilets, but people are different.
