*One ticket per person.
*You do not have to already have a pae couple. Anyone can apply. The potion will not expire.
*Just post in this thread to claim the potion.
*If you win you would still need to claim a breeding spot when one opens and you're reading for kiddypoos. You will also need to make sure that colorist will accept the potion for that slot at that time. (Update: Mel will always let you redeem the potion. Dia advised she would honor it too, but you will need to check Tei.)
*Staff may enter... since there's no way to bias the random number generator.

HelMel (( Just as a note... it doesn't necessarily mean your pae will look like a flag or be red, white, and blue. Just means that it will have some sort of random edit/look associated with the holiday... Could range from the flag to eagles to barbecue to fireworks, etc. Just depends. o.o That's why I noted side effects unknown. :O ))
