Minako lay on some grass, stretched out on her back, and loking up at the sky. There were a few clouds, enough to keep her mildly entertained, though she continued to think about how boring this was. What she would have loved was to have something unusual happen, something interesting. 'Not like that'll ever happen', she thought as she shrugged off the idea.

Flannery walked out of her cave, half angry, half upset. After everything that had gone on over the past year she had always had her sister to rely on. Lately though, that hadn't been the case. Now she was alone, with no reason to stay home, but no where to go. As she walked her eyes caught a quick glimpse of the familiar fur of Minako ahead in the grass. From there an old conversation stuck out in her mind. Ignoring how bad she felt, she made her way over and sat down in the grass.
"Well princess. Ready for that adventure?"

Minako flicked an ear over as Flannery approached. She sat up and shook the laziness out of her head. "Adventure? You were serious." She sighed, masking her excitement, before looking up with a blank expression. "Do we have to, like, now?" She was really hoping for her to push the adventure and make her go, it'd be more fun if it was forced rather than willing.

Flannery couldn't believe the reaction she was getting. Seriously? This girl was the one who had made her promise to do this stupid thing. At the same time though she was at a loss, she really had no home to go to and nothing else to do. She was tired of doing everything alone.
"Yes we have to go now. And by we I mean the both of us because I am sure as hell not going out in the world by myself. So, are you going to get up or do I have to force you?" she gave a dark smirk, prepared to have to force her.

Minako sighed a little too heavily. "I don't want to, like, go right now. Come back some other day." She turned her back to her and plopped right down on the ground. She then put her paws over her face, wondering, hoping, that they were still going on it. She didn't try to be difficult, most of the time... It was just more fun that way.

Flannery frowned before walking over by Minako's tail, "Well I don't have another long period of time to go out on an aimless adventure into the world of Namiah. So you're gonna deal with it," and with that, Flannery grabbed Minako's tail and gave a gentle pull, a warning against further difficulty.

"You suck!" Minako whined as her tail was pulled, and she moved an arm to look at Flannery. She pouted before sighing again. "Fine. But this better be worth my time." She stretched before sitting up. "So where are we, like, going?"

"That's the fun of it, anywhere and everywhere. We don't know where we're going," Flannery replied with a smirk, "The whole island is ours to conquer, and we can start anywhere."

Minako's bored face twisted into an excited smile, and her tail swished lightly behind her. "Really?" She asked as she stood up and wlaked closer to Flannery, now excited about this adventure.

Flannery nodded, "Yup! Wherever we want to go, we'll go!" She was feeling better now, the idea of adventure pushing out her troubles. "The only question is," she continued, "Where do we want to start?" She looked around from where they were. Above the trees, almost covered by clouds lied the mountains. All round them, the dark, thick forests. Off somewhere else there was apparently a desert she had heard Dulcie speak of before. Regardless of where they started, she wanted it all.

MInako shrugged her shoulders as she looked around, everything suddenly appearing new and intriguing to her. "I dunno, anywhere's good with me." She wasn't usually one to pass up on making her opinion know, but she honestly couldn't decide.

Flannery thought for a moment. Where did she want to go? Somewhere none of her "friends" had gone yet. That ruled out the beach, the forest, the mountains, and the desert. From what Flannery knew about the island was that mean the meadow and the lake were left.

Minako pouted and shrugged. "But I don't want to pick. I don't feel like listening to you complain if it's somewhere you don't like." She pondered this for a while. "Though, I'll probably complain if we go somewhere I don't like too."

Flannery shrugged, "Well we'll be going everywhere eventually. So at one point or another one of us isn't going to like it. The question is do we want to deal with that now or later?"

Minako made a face. 'Everywhere? Are you serious?' she sighed. 'that sounds like so much work. Why can't we go to like 1 or 2 places. max?'
