 Victoria wandered through the trees, peering around each trunk. With Titan's new brew that Rue is forcing him to 'bond' with - she snickered at the thought - and Ark out hunting for the day, she w as able to finally be alone... well.. including her male friend of course. She smiled at the thought of her and Eros getting to spend the day, alone, together. "Eros? Are you around?" she inquired, hoping that his siblings or the rest of the pack wasn't with him.

 Eros, ears erect and stride confident, padded around the land. He was sure Eden had some area in mind for their territory, but it never hurt to see what else was available. Along the way, he was pleasently surprised to find a familiar scent on the wind. Following it, he saw Victoria and wagged his tail as he strode towards her.
"Always am." He said, nipping her ear when he reached her. "What's up?"

Victoria smiled sweetly when Eros came into view. She met him half way, eager. "Nothing. Just wanted to see if you were free for the day." she giggled at his affection and nuzzled her head against his chest and neck. He was so comfy.... and attractive. she added to the thought. "Wanna go somewhere and hang out? ...Or is your sister got you doing something for her?" Victoria wrinkled her nose some. Eden and Victoria still butted heads from time to time but she just mostly ignored Eros' older sister.

Eros smiled at her sweet scent and nuzzled her back slightly. "Not really." he replied to her most recent question, laughing at her expression. He knew his sister could be hard to deal with sometime. But that's the way most Alphas were, right? Someone in their family had to keep a level head, and at least she wasn't strict... much.
"I'm free for today, especially for a pretty helix like you." he told her, winking cheerfully. "Anything you have in mind?"

Victoria giggled more, blushing under her fur. Eros had gotten so much older in the past time she'd seen him. He was a lot more taller, that's for sure. More muscular, and his voice was huskier. Talk about a growth spurt. Vic wagged her tail some knowing that she was going to get Eros all to herself. She really had doubt that some one was going to ruin that. "Hmm.. we could go swimming?" her smiled widened. "Dad showed me this cool little pond near by.. if I can remember the way." she mumbled, recalling how confusing getting there was to her.

"Sure, why not?" he replied, just as cheerfully. "I might know the way." he decided to mention to reassure her, although he was just as unsure as Victoria. But it wasn't a lie. Nothing made a female hate you faster than when they found out you've lied to them. No, he was sure he'd seen the pond during one of his travels, and while it had been a while, if they got close enough, they might be able to scent the plants near the water.
"Care to lead the way, or shall I?" he asked, looking about for wherever the pond might be.

Vic snorted and twitched her tail to hold it like an alpha. "It would be my honor." She grinned over her shoulder at him, teasing him as if she had more authority. It was always fun to pick at Eros... even thought eventually, he always ended up winning. She never could understand how, either. She uncertainly padded back towards the way she'd came, edging around, trying to catch the scent of the pond, or maybe a familiar plant or tree. Just her luck... nonexistent.

Eros chuckled at her and followed, even giving a mock bow as she passed. "Of course, your majesty." he teased back ears laid back playfully. Eventually, it became obvious that Victoria had no idea where it was, or at least that was the way it seemed to him. Unwilling to have her feel foolish, though, he decided to help her out, by lightly sniffing at the wind, and drop a subtle hint later on to aid her if he could.
"Well, I assume it would be close to a lot of plants." he said, giving her her first hint. "And if it's too far from the main river, I'm sure other animals tend to visit it often." Hint two. Let's hope she's bright enough to use them, he thought, accidentally using a plural as he was so accustomed to being with his siblings.

Vic ignored Eros, giving him eye rolls when he would try and wander off. She kept her nose to the ground, smelling and looking for maybe a scent of her father or a paw print. It had only been a few days. The only problem was that Vic hadn't paid a lot of attention on the way. Just followed Ark and looked at the sky. "Hm.." she shrugged and sat once they came to a break in the trees. "Let's just walk around for a bit? And maybe will run across it?" she offered, smiling a little. She didn't really mind if they found it or not. She just wanted to spend time with Eros.

Eros smiled at her. At least she was still trying and that counted for something. She was a young adult, and still growing, but she showed signs of being high in status when she grew. He nipped her flank affectionately.
"All right." he agreed readily. He darted off between some trees, laughing as he went. "Catch me if you can." he teased, going slower than his usual pace. After all, he wanted her to catch him.

Vic grinned and shot off after him. Speed wasn't known her family but she was surprised that she was already gaining. Odd. Maybe she was getting a growth spurt? Wonderful! She smiled more, and sped up. She was just about a foot away from him when a shine caught her eye.
Slowing down... not as gracefully as possible.. she grinned. "Hey!" turning to the left, she saw the pond she had mentioned. "Found it!" She grinned, and looked at Eros up ahead. Looking back towards the water, she bounded in. "Ahhh." she sighed, still smiling.

Eros could feel and scent her quick approach. His smile widened and he was about to attempt a quick turn, slowing himself down even more, when she paused and called out. He was dissapointed with the results, or more like the timing, but the water could hold many possibilities, and beside, it had been a while since he swam.
He went into the water slowly, letting himself get used to it, and shivered from the cold that penetrated his fur. With a mischevious grin, he raised a paw and slapped the water, sending a few drops Victoria's way.

Victoria giggled as Eros splashed her. Rolling onto all fours again. Raring up on her back two paws, she grinned. "You'll pay!" Slamming back down into the water, Victoria grinned mischievously. The water splashed high, aimed for Eros' face. Hurrying before Eros could catch her, she swam out further into the lake, her fur drenched.

Eros gulped and tried to flee, but he was slower on water. He had forgotten, and soon, he was drenched. "You asked for it." Eros said in a playfully angry tone, shaking the water from his head. He quickly swam after her, paddling his paws high to try and splash water at her every time he got close.
To any other animal, he looked as if he was drowning.

Victoria laughed hysterically at Eros. "Can you even swim, at all?" She laughed more as she floated on her back, watching him struggle. "Catch me if you caaaaan." she taunted and turned on her stomach and quickly padded away form Eros' splashing.
