Brew two black-tea bags; let cool; press over eyes for a minute.

The caffeine constricts blood vessels and reduces puffiness.

Now anyone have any suggestions to deal with raccoon eyes? The dark almost bruised looking skin underneath your eyes?

I've always had thin skin under my eyes which means I sometimes looks like I got double punched. Concealer is the only thing that really works for me, and that's a shame because I like going makeup-free a lot. I've never found a treatment natural or otherwise that works 100% for me, but I know that vitamin K is supposed to help circulation which could help diminish the look of the capillaries under the delicate eyes skin.

Good natural sources of vitamin K are spinach (particularly frozen), turnip greens, cooked or frozen kale, and cooked or frozen collards. An alphabetical list of foods and their vitamin K content is available here.

Wiki how recommends putting potato skins on the dark parts for ten to twenty minutes:
"Potatoes contain the skin lightening enzyme catecholase which is used in many retail cosmetic products "

Olive oil if dyhardation is one of the reasons

Cleanse your sinuses. nasal congestion increases darkness.

My friend as actually recommened I use caffine lotion. concidering caffine never agreed with me (i get very tired when i drink coffee... go figure)

Mine never leave due to heredity... thanks padres. but I am going to buy makeup to hide it, but as a teen I really hate makeup cause these are the years i am suppost to enjoy no having to use it.

If you have any fillings in your teeth, make sure they aren't 'silver'/amalgam/mercury.
It's amazing how often mercury fillings are used, because they're cheaper, but they're hazardous for your health. My mother spent ages saving up to have her old amalgam fillings replaced with more expensive, but safer, fillings.
One of the signs believed to be linked to mercury from teeth fillings building up in your system is the development of deep, dark circles under your eyes. (See, I was going somewhere with all this).
They also cause many other ill-effects, but that's the one related to this thread in any way.

I heard a dermatologist say once that eating chocolate can cause dark circles.
I don't know, all I can tell you is that in my teens and twenties I ate lots of chocolate, and I did have circles. I cut out the sweets----which for me was chocolate---in my thirties, and I don't have them now.

I think anything yellowy will cover dark circles, meaning that you can put it on underneath a concealer.

Sometimes however, it's just genetics.

After having circles under my eyes for my whole life, I think I finally found something that helps!

Evening Primrose Oil.

You just puncture a capsule and apply it like you would Vitamin E. I have been taking it for breast pain and I decided to search and see what else it was good for. It turns out it is a great moisturizer and supposedly helps with eye circles so I started using it immediately and I think I can see some results.

This is great news! Plus, even if it doesn't minimize the circles it's good for wrinkle prevention.
