In this area, Reiryoku of any individual is intentionally cut by half to create tough environments to train in and help raise levels of Reiryoku. A Captain's and Vice Captain's Reiryoku is dwindled down to 20%, just like in the human world. Any member of the Gotei can train in here if they wish, but they must ask first. The area is a pure white room that goes on for about 600 feet in every direction.

On the wall behind Shroud, three thin, black lines appeared there and a normal-sized door swung open as Hei stepped into the room followed a small girl of about 7 years of age carrying two katana on her back, one being pure black and the other being pure white save a few gold adornments littering the sheath. The girl had iris-less eyes the were light purple in color and walked about 3 inches behind Hei, who gave off an air of insanity that was made apparent the second he entered. Hei looked up to see the ball of sand strike the ceiling and disperse due to the anti-reiatsu field built into the floor, walls, and ceiling of it. "Let's not break it, okay?" Hei looked down towards Shroud and raised an eyebrow. "Why are you here?"

[In RP, we never arranged this, lolz. For that to have happened, we would have had to have spoken about it. Which we didn't. Sorry for the confusion though. >.<]

Hei scratched his cheek and looked up a bit. "Not to my knowledge." He shrugged and gave the little girl a pat on the head who bowed to Shroud, shut the door they came through and then walked off some distance before sitting down against the same wall, placing the katana in her lap. "But if you require a spar, then so be it. You may notice the room cuts your reiatsu in half, just be wary of that, okay?" He crouched slightly and took a stance, his feet shoulder width apart and his hands held loosely in front of his face.

In a single quick motion Hei was right in front of Shroud, crouching down with one hand flat and perpendicularly up against Shroud's outstretched arm with the palm facing away. He brushed this to the side, moved back on his heel slightly, then folded his other arm in half at the elbow, and pushed it forward, aiming it right at his chest with the intent to knock him backwards, but still putting no real force into it.

[I can't stand not auto-hitting... especially since Hei is on a whole other level. What are your preferences on the matter? I mean, do you mind? It's a stupid rule...]

Hei's right arm wrapped Shroud's leg and caught it before pressing the index finger of his left hand up against his chest. There was a small clicking noise and a small rod popped out of said finger and began to crackle with electricity. In the next second, the electrical current was released from the tiny rod, aiming for the closest conductor, Hei himself no longer being a viable option. "Don't even need Tszuri Raiden."

[sand -> glass =D ]

[I see. Doesn't bug me at all, actually. >.>]

"Oh my..." Hei let out a small burst of reiatsu, accompanied by a release of electrical energy once more from the rod in his finger. The sand around him was pushed away and at the same moment turned into glass, causing it to fall at his feet. With a whir and a clicking sound, the rod embedded itself back where it came from and Hei looked over to Shroud and titled his head slightly. "Is that all?" He cackled a little bit, the insanity becoming more apparent. "Unfortunately I've done all my research on sand. And you as well... a pity that you will not be providing me with more experimentation."

"I am well aware of your capabilities, boya." He called out as he dashed over to his attendant who was now staring off into space with her hands planted on her knees, riding the sand wave as if she hadn't a care in the world. Hei's finger's wrapped around the sheath of the black katana and he picked it up as he dashed off towards the opposite wall. Once his feet touched the wall, he stopped, hanging in the air for a while. He breathed deeply and wrapped the fingers of his right around the hilt, while grasping the top of the sheath with his left. In one lightning fast motion, he drew the blade and sheathed it once more, creating a blade of wind that sliced through the wave of sand, causing it to part down the middle. This being disrupted, Hei dropped down and touched the ground with his left index finger once more, sending the electrical current through the sand and turning the top layer into glass as he had done previously.

Hei smirked, letting the blade cut his chest, thus transferring several of the chemicals that flowed throughout his bloodstream, onto the scythe. One of the chemicals would begin to eat at the blade as it was a powerful acid, the other chemicals seemed to spring to life upon touching air and began crawling up his scythe and down the handle, heading for his body.
