Tsuyomi walked silently through a forest she remembered by heart. Even with her eyes closed she knew where she was going. Storm followed after her, keeping an ear out for enemies. Her eyes clouded over at how many times she took refuge in this forest. A soft smile had creeped to her face as she finally made it to her destination. Tears appeared in her eyes as she walked closer to a glowing Oasis.
"Oasis of Tears...My tears..."
She whispered as she sat down close to the water. She reached down and stuck a finger in the water, her tears flowing now, and into the oasis. The water glowed a white light, reflecting her past memories.
The Night of the Royal Massacare
Tsuyomi walked around the forest she had named after her clan...Nagasaki Clan. Tonight was the full moon. Storm yipped next to her she smiled at him. She remembered when he was just a puppy. She loved carrying him and now HE carried HER. She giggled at the memory as she made it her work in progress. It was an oasis she was building with her elemental powers. She looked around when something triggered her senses. She sniffed around and smelled vampire blood. She flew down to the bottom of the oasis and found a puddle of it. She sniffed it again and recongnized it as her sister's. She gasped and flew out and started to run back to the village and estate. Her legs let her run at an impossibly fast speed even for vampires. Her black wings gave her a slight lift as she sprinted back to her village. Her nose becane over powered with the scent of vampire blood. Even thought she was picked on for being and Angel Vampire, she cherished her village and clan. She slowed to a stop walking into the village. On the ground was the bodies of everyone she knew! She gasped as she walked faster, Storm next to her whimpering. They made it to her home and Nagasaki Estate. She walked in ans the scent of blood flooded her nosrtils. She hacked and continued to walk. She walked to her parents room and with their blood filling her head. She shot in and saw her parents lying their on the floor.
"Mother! Father!" she yelled and ran to them. she held up her father's head and cradle it. "Father...? What happen...?" she cried. He coughed up the little bit of blood in his body.
"It...was...him...He came...to...kill...you..." he sputtered. She held him close. She sobbed loudly for his life. "Run...don't look...back...Just...go"
"But what about Rose! She's still here!" She cried. He shook his head.
"No...She's fighting him...leave...now...and take my power" he whispered as he put all his power into her being. She felt it and his life end. She shook him lightly crying
"Father...?" she asked and cried when he spoke no word. She layed him down and ran to where she felt her sister's aura and another's. She walked into the ceremony room and saw her sister battling a hunter. He smacked her away and turned to her. His golden eyes glared at her. She gasped and ran to her sister.
"Rose...!?" she yelled. Rose opened her teal eyes. Her white hair was matted with her blood. Tsuyomi cried for her. Storm growled and ran at the hunter. He merrly put his hand out and Storm was tossed away unconscience.
"Baka...Why'd you come?" Rose glared at her sister. She sat up with her sword. "Its Maximus...! The lengendary Hunter...and YOUR his TARGET!" Rose shouted as she dashed at the Hunter, who laughed.
"Trying to protect the abomination I see? Pathetic" Maximus snarled. They went on battling for what seemed like hours. Maximus then took a unsuspecting turn. He grabbed Tsuyomi and sliced open her back. Tsuyomi yelled as her eyes started to glow a dangerous red. She whipped around and growled at the hunter. Her claws grew and she swipped at him. He dodged and smirked. Tsuyomi growled as her demonic side had risen. The hunter smirked at her bleeding back. "You must be upset...abomination...that slice will never heal right...thanks to this special blade" he smirked as he helf up his sword. Tsuyomi growled and lunged at him.
"NO!" Rose yelled and pushed her sister out of the way as she was impaled with the sword. Tsuyomi rolled away and turned to look at her sister. Her eyes went wide.
"Onee-chan!" Tsuyomi yelled. Rose yanked the sword away and tossed it away.
"Baka..." Rose growled and punched the hunter into a wall. Tsuyomi growled and lunged at the hunter punching him in the face comtinuesly. Her claw sliced his cheek open and he hissed. Maximus then tossed Tsuyomi away and stood up.
"For protecting that abomination..." He growled as he brought his sword down to slice Rose in half. But Tsuyomi had kicked him away. FIre appeared in her hands as she threw fire balls at him. He growled and fled away. "I'll be back abomination...and to finish you off for good" Maximus growled as he ran way from the estate. Tsuyomi then dropped to her knees, blood dripping from her knuckled and back. She crawled over to Rose who was panting on the floor in pain.
"Rose...?" Tsuyomi asked. Rose sat up against the wall.
"Yea...you did good...but I'm dying...no way to stop that" Rose grimaced. She groaned in pain as she breathed in. Tsuyomi whimpered as she layed in her sister's lap. Rose stroked her hair to calm down Tsuyomi's cries. "If you want to see us...Just use your necromancy..." Tsuyomi shook her head swiftly.
"I...Can't...! I failed...to protect you" She cried an Rose coughed up blood.
"You helped us in more that one way...Don't forget that...No go...You have to get out of here...Burn the village down" Rose said darkly. Tsuyomi whimpered and nodded her head. She got up and ran out. Storm had woken and ran after her. She picked up a black book bag and used her magic to make the space inside of it expand greatly. She ran around the estate and grabbing the valuables, which included the ceremony robes of her family and the scrolls of her family secrets along with her parents possesions. She stuffed everything she owned into the bag along with her family's fortune. She strapped on the bag and limped out the estate. Her back continued to bleed. She looked at the village and snapped her fingers setting the whole thing a blaze. She ran through her forest tears blurring her vision. She made it to her oasis and fell to her knees. Her head feel into her hands as she cried loudly into the full moon night. Storm howled in agony. Her tears feel into the oasis and water appeared. Soon the oasis was filled with her tears and water from the earth. She looked at oasis and cried silently for her loved ones.
"I vow...to get...stonger. No matter how long it takes...I will master all my abilites and destroy Maximus. I will destroy everything he stands for...and I will avenge my clan" Tsuyomi spoke in a soft voice as the rays of the moon sealed up her wounds. She stood up her eyes devoided if emotions as tears continued to fall. She walked away from the oasis. Storm following her as repeated her promise in her head over and over again, and never did she once look back.
Tsuyomi watched her past replay infront her. Her eyes had tears falling. Each one was her memories of her life. This what started her harsh life, and how she came to be. She had yet to find Maximus as he found her. And each time she made him flee. The last time he had snapped her arm out of place and hurt Storm. This made her beyond her angry as her demonic side resurface once again. They fought destroying half of the forest she was living in. It had starteg raining and he used that, laced with the serum that would kill her. She fought back as best as she could before she had to run from him. Tsuyomi growled at her weakness.
"Dammit! I can never beat him!" She cried out to the sky.
