Eating all that junk food is AS BAD,as being anorexic. They are both equal, lol.
Just go to GNC and get some protein powder, and don't work out. OR keep skating,or working out whichever way you do,and eat 6-9 meals, see how it goes for a week. Then either increase your meals or decrease it by however much weight you gain or lose. And don't eat some fatty s**t,you'll have a lot of toxins in your stomache and be shitting for hours.Healthy food is the way to go.
So,yeah.
You wont just be gaining weight, but permanently improving your body.

Eat alot of good meals but full meals. Like have steak and chicken, salad, mashed taters the works. Eat as much as you as you can before your brain says you're full. You'll gain more weight and you can still skate.

yeah I agree protein will help you the most. Also drink water instead of energy drinks or stuff like that. The sugary stuff gets burned up real fast so if you can stay with complex sugars that's better then the refined stuff.

Do like me.
Get plenty of protein, and lift weights at least once a day. If you don't have weights, do pushups. You can get protein supplements from places like GNC(as already suggested), and probably places like Rite Aid. Protein shakes, etc...
As far as diet, try not to eat beef much. A burger now and then is cool, but try to keep the meat you eat fish and chicken. Try not to fry so much. I love fried fish, but baked fish is great too. Get you a George Foreman grill, and get you some chicken breast.
Eggs are good too. Eat plenty of eggs. Don't be afraid of salads neither. I personally like ceasar salad. Learn to make your own to save some money. The chicken breast comes in handy for that too.
Don't eat all kinds of random fatty s**t. It's not good for you. There are healthy fats that you need, and there are the shitty fats that comes in the form of most fast foods.

ImShizzle Eating all that junk food is AS BAD,as being anorexic. They are both equal, lol. Just go to GNC and get some protein powder, and don't work out. You wont just be gaining weight, but permanently improving your body. well i noticed when i eat healthier foods like rice i can usually eat more of it and it feels better on my stomach. 6 meals i dont think i can do i can barely handle 2. workin my way to 3. im trying to maximize the amount of calories i get for how little i can eat. i am going to try to eat more though. what are some higher calorie healthy foods? Big Limit All I gotta say is the only reason I got big was McDonalds and Liquor... just don't do it as long as I did it for and you wont weigh in the 200s xd But s**t if you got the money buy steaks and eat them... or even eat peanuts I heard those things are fattening... or cashews or whatever nuts just not the hoodrat kind of nuts rofl hard liquor shreds my stomach ever since the adderall. it makes me lose even more weight. eek made a new years resolution to never get drunk and its held up. hasnt stopped me from drinkin a few brews here and there though. xd probly gonna give those up too i dont need em...

Honestly, I haven't paid much attention to what the calories say, so I'm not sure. But basically what I was getting as is... You need to work on muscle moreso than fat. Get as much protein in you as you can, and work out. You don't need to do anything hardcore. If you don't really want to get into the gym scene, just do pushups. Do them in sets. I play Call of Duty 4, and I choose to do my pushups in between intermissions of the game. I try to do sets of 15. I stop after about 5 sets.
You can squeeze pushups into just about any part of your day. But try building more muscle rather than fat.
