Reason 1 why I'm glad of where I live:
"A state law in Illinois mandates that all bachelors should be called
master, not mister, when addressed by their female counterparts."
That's right, bachelorettes, you would call me Master in Illinois. cool

Reason 2:
"In Bakersfield, California, anyone having intercourse with Satan
must use a condom."
That's right, I can have unprote--Does that say Satan? WTF? gonk

I get called master all the time.
Well actually, no.
Since I turned eighteen it's been mister.
Mister is a typically marriage-related term, but in most places is
deemed appropriate for a male legally regarded as an adult.
But yeah.
Up until I was eighteen,
most of my mail was addressed to
master Callam Burton.
