Can't...pick...just...one....
Seven Samurai: For its depiction of Bushido, and a fairly honest look at Japanese feudal society.
Hero: Because it's all about everyone being a hero.
Project A: I think it's some of Jackie Chan's best work.
Drunken Master: The original extra crispy. Because nothing beats seeing Jackie Chan do the Drunken Maiden form.
Enter the Dragon: Cheezy music, good kung fu. Possibly the most influential MA film of all time. Hell, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung were in it (albeit in blink-and-you-miss-them rolls).
The Usual Suspects: I haven't actually seen all of it, but it's been spoiled for me. Thus, this fits in because of its depiction of Ninjutsu (I'll explain for anyone who's both curious and has seen the ending; PM me).
Braveheart: For the brutal picture of combat it paints. There is nothing romantic about the fights in this movie.
Three Kings: Same reason as Braveheart. Plus it's a fairly good movie besides.
There are many more, but I'll leave the list there.

I've read quite a lot of what you've posted in the TKD thread and I have a question, you do TKD yeah? And you've posted that you're quite a big guy, does that mean you prefer using your hands? I've noticed it couple of times that the bigger guys tend to go for the wade in there and pound the hell out of their face with their fists style, whereas people of my build (tall and skinny) tend to prefer the hang back and kick em inna head appraoch. Is that true or am I making a sweeping generalisation?
