My boyfriend masturbated and after that he washed his hands w/ soap. He fingered me. Can sperm be under your finger nails? Can I get pregnant even though he used soap and water. After he fingered me he used handsanitizer.

Ok well the hand sanitizer afterwords wouldn't affect you at all.
As for the rest of your question I honestly don't know. There probably is a chance that they may have gotten under his finger nails or something but I'm going to say it's not a big one. If you are planning to do this again you might want to buy some condoms that he can put on his fingers, or do you first then him.

I seriously doubt you can get pregnant from that. Even if there was sperm under his nails and they got all the way to your egg, there probably wouldn't be enough to break through the egg's casing. If you're really worried have him finger you first next time.

I'm going to have to say no... and a firm no. Nails are hard-to-reach places so IF some sperm got in there, it's be hard for them to come out through simple fingering.
Damaged sperm, lack of enough sperm, and the sheer fact that he washed his hands would reduce your risk to something like .1%.
Seriously though, if you're worried about getting pregnant, take precations like Liera said and get fingered first and then please him... or have him finger you with a latex glove or condom.
