You are expected to keep control of your lower comrades, teach them, and give them guidence and disciplane. These are the quialities of a great Espada.
If you are abusing your power... autohitting or godmodding of any sort consistantly, giving unfair judgement or promotion, then you WILL be on probation. There will be no cheating among our group, it's disgusting.
You are expected to make plans, enhance and keep this subforum tidey. If there is an unimportant thread with a last post of 2 months ago, get rid of it. You are expected to dish out proper punishment to anyone who falls out of these guidelines. If this means that if someone is incesantly godmodding, you are to do something about it. Whether it just be killing their character or fully banning them or putting them on probation.
Most of all, you are expected to have fun, and enjoy yourself. It won't be fun you, or anyone else is breaking the rules, because someone is bound to get pissed, and that will ruin it for everyone.
